This attractive hotel de charme is to be found close to the old town just a few minutes walk from the harbour and the beach (approximately 200 m). The airport is some 5 km away.

The hotel has 9 suites, 34 single rooms and 70 double rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Pictures are very misleading. rooms are tiny. The carpet in our room was dirty. Breakfast came with the booking but it the same every day. Cold eggs cold meat and not much of a choice. the fruit that was there, if you werent there first thing in the morning you didnt get any. At the front besk there was a sign for airport transportation for 40 euros for up to 4 people with luggage. we booked it through the hotel but when we arrived at the airport they charged us 70 euros a van

    Scam and fraud - don't waste your money

    I do not recommend this hotel at all. Please, please don’t waste your money here – I already made that mistake, and you shouldn’t. The room I was given was tiny, far smaller than expected, and the bed – the only main feature – was filthy. The sheets, headboard, and sides of the bed were covered in dirt and stains. I have photographs as proof.When I raised the issue with the receptionist and asked for an upgrade, I was told there were no other rooms. I requested a refund and was told to email the manager, but received no reply. Instead, I later received an email from the hotel effectively calling me a liar. I also contacted Booking.com and still no resolution from the hotel. We had to leave immediately and book another hotel late at night at double the cost, causing huge stress and inconvenience.The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and refusal to take responsibility are completely unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble – there are far better hotels for your money.

    Very nicely located hotel 5 minutes from the Port Lympia tram station. We took a tram from the airport to the hotel in about 25 minutes. The N2 tram can be taken from in front of the airport exit doors to the port. It was there as soon as we arrived. There’s one every 25 minutes usually until 12.30am. The room was clean but very compact with an open robe area. Also a small window with not much daylight. A Coffee machine was available and housekeeping kept it tidy and clean daily. Breakfast was lovely continental style with awesome fresh croissants, cheese, coleslaw, juices, tea and coffee daily. Also the area is buzzing with lovely restaurants and a short walk to the port and square etc. Also old town is a short walk as is the beach. Halal food outlets are near too.

    Cute, clean hotel with boho vibe

    I travelled with my husband and 2 kids (23 and 20) in June 2024. We had 2 rooms on the 3rd floor (one room with a queen and one room with 3 twins). Our room was more spacious and had a bigger bathroom but both were cute and clean. Simple, clean aesthetic is the vibe. The location is superb! In the mix right out side your door and close to port and old town. Breakfast each morning is provided downstairs and was a perfect to start your day. Restaurants are on your doorstep but walking any direction will provide a plethora of different options. We went with a tour company and this was the hotel they provided but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. It’s a perfect “base camp” for exploring beautiful Nice and doing day trips to all the French Riviera’s gorgeous cities and towns. My son absolutely loved Nice and says it’s his favourite vacation we’ve ever taken. I might agree!
