Location

This hotel is situated at the heart of Nice, within 500 m of the railway station. It is just 10 m to the nearest links to the public transport network and an array of shopping venues. Restaurants, bars and nightclubs are to be found about 100 m away and it is around 500 m to the sea and nearest sandy beach. Nice international airport is 5 km away and may be reached on public transport in around 20 minutes.

Facility

8 suites, 3 single rooms and 41 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities.     Booked this hotel based on Trip Advisor reviews. It did not disappoint. Very central, lovely helpful staff, breakfast perfectly adequate (crossiants, fruit, eggs, bread cheeses, yogurts etc). Bedrooms compact, but very clean and perfect for a short stay in Nice. Only negative I would have was the bathroom, shower floor very slippy, however, there was a safety handle on wall. Also as our room faced the street it was a bit noisy, but just normal street noise. We found it ok but some people may not. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would return.     Comfortable and great location

    Excellent location, friendly staff and a really good breakfast. 5-10 min walk to all attractions. There is a huge parking space and mall right under the hotel. The only downside was the smell from the shower drain from time to time (maybe due to the extremely windy weather outside), they should look after it. Overall a pleasant stay.     We stayed at Hotel Florence in Nice and had the best experience! The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast included all local ingredients from various regions in the Southern part of France. The front desk staff was very helpful and Marine who works in the breakfast room was very helpful. I am gluten free and every morning she made sure my bread was hot and waiting for me. Excellent service.     A truly fantastic stay in a very lovely little hotel, tucked in a quiet side street just off the main shopping areas with tram stops / train station literally just a few minutes stroll - and perfect location for the promenade, beach and the old town just a short walk also. The exceptional staff team are ALL outstanding individuals where their attention to detail and genuine care and consideration for their guests is an absolute priority from your arrival onwards. Hugely impressed to receive a welcome text and 24/7 contact number from the hotel on our arrival to the airport. We spent a week at Hotel Florence and loved every minute. Immaculate, quiet and very comfortable room - an amazing and very delicious breakfast array every morning from the friendly breakfast team ( great coffee machine available 24/7) - we were especially touched by the exceptional kindness and care from the very lovely and attentive Marine; the reception team 24/7 were likewise delightful and helpful - Hanna, Anthony, and indeed all of their lovely colleagues exemplified the highest standards of guest relations and attentiveness during our stay; including the lovely housekeeping ladies who kept our room so nice.
