Location

The city of Nice in the heart of the Riviera, a half hour from Monaco and Cannes, is a perfect blend of tradition and modernity. Nice is home to baroque churches and the audacious works of César, Klein and Warhol. It features the coloured façades of Place Masséna and the glass buildings of the Arenas business district, the flower markets in the Cours Saleya and the shop windows of famous designers. There are numerous bars, restaurants and shopping opportunities nearby. Links to the public transport network also feature.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 46 non-smoking rooms located in two 6-storey buildings with lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Additional amenities include a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a plug adapter, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

    Positive stay in clean, convienently located hotel.

    We stayed seven days at the hotel in a sixth floor room which had an outdoor balcony with seating for two and a small table. Amenities included an elevator, small fridge, TV, queen bed, two bathrooms, one with a walk in shower and one with a tub. There was also a seating area and small work area that could serve as a desk. Free water and coffee or tea is also provided. Breakfast is available. The location is near Place Messina, old town and Promenade Anglaise. We never used the train and used uber for out of town trips to Antibes, Eze, St. Paul de Vence etc... I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and friendly, helpful staff that also speaks English.     Just had an amazing weekend in Nice. Hotel Le Grimaldi is ideally located, slightly away from the centre of Nice making it a little bit of a quieter spot, but within easy walking distance of the beach and railway station. The staff were welcoming and friendly with Etienne in particular worthy of a mention. We chose not to eat in the hotel given there are plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Our room needed a little updating but it was very clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the easy to use, cheap rail system travelling into Monte Carlo and Cannes but were all in agreement that our favourite spot was Nice itself.     A wonderful hotel so close to lot's of fabulous restaurants and bars .all the staff were so kind and helpful especially Lucina.     Very nice stay for a great price!

    My husband and I stayed for four nights in the Hotel Grimaldi, Nice. This hotel is a great price for the location and services. The room was large and comfortable, the bath had a separate toilet and a good shower. The hotel has a coffee and tea bar in the lobby where you can get filtered drinking water and tea of coffee anytime, which was a nice feature. We enjoyed our stay!     Lovely little hotel close to Promenade des Anglais

    Fabulous little hotel located within walking distance of the Promenade de Anglais and Nice old town. Great location with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby offering a great selection of food, and a small supermarket in the same street that is really handy too! Our room was on the 6th floor, very clean and spacious with a nice style in terms of decor! Lovely breakfast with good selection, quiet location, very clean and run by friendly staff.
