  Great Boutique Hotel

  The staff at this hotel were absolutely the best! Especially, there was a young man at the front desk who, unfortunately, I don’t remember his name, that helped us in numerous ways! So helpful! The decor of the hotel is extremely well done and sophisticated! Our only issue was the carpet in the room…it was a type of sisal and was uncomfortable to walk on, and there were some stains on it. The outdoor balcony we had on the 5th floor had a lovely view! The rooms are a bit small by US standards, but in France, it was seemingly a generous size.

  Quiet choice for modern hotel near Promenade des Anglais.

  Nicely appointed, helpful staff, attractive design theme. Balcony for relaxing. Reasonably close to promenade (five minutes’ walk. Room 47 was a bit small for luggage for two, but nice sized bathroom. Very clean maid service daily.   A fab Nice Experience

  Friendly staff and a pretty boutique hotel. We stayed in an Executive Double room, which had a high ceiling and balcony. The bathroom had a bidet, which was a nice little feature. It was walking distance to Old Town, albeit, it was a good 20-25 min walk. We reserved our hotel through our Chase Card, which had a “point boost”, which made this stay an even better value.   A great spot!

  We had a great stay at Le Soleia! Not only is the decor of the hotel adorable, but it is perfectly situated between the beach, old town, and train station so it’s easy to get anywhere and everywhere. The included breakfast was excellent- one of the better included breakfasts I’ve had throughout a lot of European travel- and the front desk staff really was exceptional. Luis recommended a ton of great restaurants, all of which we enjoyed (and coming from NYC we have a high bar for food and drink!!). We also did a Moke tour (found on Get Your Guide) which was a great way to get to know the area and a day at a beach club arranged by the hotel. If you want to lounge in bed all day with ocean views, this probably isn’t the hotel for you (no ocean views!) but if you want to have a slow (or fast) start to the day with a nice breakfast, get out and explore Nice and the surrounding towns, and come back to a super cute and comfy spot, then I strongly recommend Le Soleia!!   An excellent modern hotel with a prime location & excellent staff. Minor tweaks needed.

  An excellent modern hotel with a great location and stellar staff.Hotel has less than 50 rooms which made it feel quaint and close knit!Room - We booked two rooms and both were spacious for European standards and cleaned daily. Rooms had adequate storage and modern/recently renovated which was greatly appreciated. Bathrooms were large with great water pressure. Little outside noise was heard from within the room. Room are cleaned daily and you can request sheet changed every day. Our room had a balcony but even rooms without have large windows.TV/WiFi - WiFi is high speed and we had no issue. Rooms have Smart TVs with a mix of English & French channels. However, there’s an app for Netflix and you are able to chromecast so you can watch whatever you want which is greatly appreciated when trying to unwind. Location- Hotel is just steps away from the Promenade des Anglais & Old Town. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, cafe within walking distance which made it easy and convenient. There was very little noise during the night in this area which was an another plus. The hotel provides beach towels if wanted.Air Conditioning- Excellent for European standards. Sets to minimum of 20 degrees which kept rooms cold during the night.Breakfast- The breakfast buffet was delicious and perfect size given hotel is less than 50 rooms. Hot options include scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, veggies, & egg bites. There are also crepes, fruits, yougurt, pastries/cake, French bread, Croissants, Chocolate Croissant, selection of cheese/meat, mini sandwiches, juices, coffees/teas, etc.Bar- Hotel has a great bar in the lobby for drinks or ice bucket if needed. Staff - Incredibly kind and helpful. One of the best staff I have encountered. They are willing to help with any issue, book tours, make reservations and help with anything needed. A special shout out to Stacy/Sylvie who helped us with anything needed. But the rest of the staff (Lorie, Luis, Jules, Salvatore were all great)My only feedback for improvement:- Replace carpet -(it was a tad uncomfortable and dated). I would have prefer hard wood floors.- Room Service- Menu was rather limited. Only pizza and 1-2 sandwiches. Would recommend expanding the menu to have more items.Overall, I would strongly recommend this hotel and would return without a doubt!
