clean place and good value for money

Summer in the Cote de Azur can be very expensive. This is a nice alternative that is quite affordable and clean. Staff is welcoming and nice. There are quite a bit of stairs and no elevator so keep that in mind. Also breakfast is 8 euros a person and doesn't include much. Bed isn't fantastic but not bad. Very clean and a cute building.

This is a cute hotel, and the people who run it are very nice. It's close to the beach and the train station. I found the bed to be pretty uncomfortable, but it was fine for a few nights while I was in town for a wedding. It was also nice to have a fridge in the room.

This hotel looks old fashion, but the room was tidy and clean. The receptionist is very nice and helpful. There was a small fridge and aircondition in the room which are very useful. The price of the room is good in this area.

    Very nice hotel

The location is just great - very close to the train station, the bust stop, the market and the supermarket and the sea. The street is very quiet. The hotel is ran by the couple which welcome the guests. The rooms do not have the safe which is minus. Everything the rest is just great.

    Great value in delightful Beaulieu.

This was our third visit over several years. We booked direct with the hotel and Mr Albert responded quickly and efficiently to our requests. He and his wife are delightful hosts and we combined French and English when talking with them. Nothing is too much trouble. This is a traditional hotel which has been modernised and decorated tastefully.Breakfast can be taken in the hall downstairs--a traditional one of croissant, rolls, juice and beverage. If you prefer there are several other places within a few minutes walk for breakfast. We enjoyed it in the hotel. There is no hotel parking but the street now has meters and, with a maximum of around 8 euros for 24 hours, we found a place and left the car there throughout. The parking machines are complicated in the rather unnecessary French way but Mr Albert will give you a quick tutorial. The station is a few minutes walk away and you can get frequent local services to all the nearby Riviera resorts, including Monte Carlo, Menton, Villefranche Sur Mer, and Nice. Less than 10 minutes gets you to the promenade and beach. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in this tranquil little resort, all within easy walking distance. We would certainly stay again.
