Location

The hotel is ideally located right in the heart of Nice. It is the perfect place to stay for those wanting to visit the town and the fabulous French Riviera. The hotel enjoys an ideal location, just 3 minutes’ walk from the railway station (with direct bus connections to the airport) and within easy reach of the famous Promenade des Anglais beaches, the old town (with the flower market), Acropolis congress centre, the pedestrian area, Place Masséna, and a host of museums, shops, bars and restaurants.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 44 rooms, including 3 single rooms and 37 double rooms, located in two 4-storey buildings with lifts. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

    A great hotel.Ideally located in downtown Nice.Very clean, very safe, very quiet.Most notable is the superb customer service. Clarisse, Aylan, Gary, Leticia, and the cleaning staff, or so welcoming, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our 5 nights stay memorable. Thank you all for making our stay a unique experience in Nice.

    Room was spacious and clean. We had a suite with double basin and nice walk in shower. Reception were friendly, especially the older guy. It was our wedding anniversary and they decorated the room and gave us some nice gifts. The only downfall is the location.

    Amazing hotel, fabulous staff and beautifully clean and modern bedrooms. Perfect location for the restaurants, bars, beach and shops. We will be back!

    Stayed here as part of our Italy France extreme day trip inspired break for 2 nights.We arrived by train and walked to the hotel, 20 minutes later we were already in our room.The staff on reception were very friendly and welcoming. They then showed us the water machine that was in the bar near reception too. There were bottles to fill and return when you wanted more. An excellent idea!We had booked an executive double room and it was huge. A double bed one side and a sofa bed the other for my son. There were two lovely windows with french doors that opened up onto the street. The bathroom was also massive. The room had a kettle and a Nespresso machine, there was a paid mini bar in a fridge that had enough space to store a few essentials too and keep them cold.Not sure why but there was a complimentary bottle of wine in the room too, which was a lovely touch, which came with a letter welcoming and entirely different guest, but when I rang down to check they confirmed the wine was for us, the letter was the wrong one.Breakfast was served downstairs in the bar area, it was a decent affair with lots of choice to fuel you for the day.The location was a bit off the beaten track, about a 10 min walk to the old town one way, while it was about 10 mins to the new town the other. There was a small supermarket just around the corner for essentials too, which was useful.The room was really quiet and we had a lovely couple of nights here.A little gem off the beaten track.

    We stayed at an executive room on the 4th floor and it was very clean, with an appropriate size and we still received a bottle of prosecco. We booked directly with the hotel and the email communication chain with Gary and the other reception team went very well. Hotel location is very good.Breakfast had all the necessary elements, cheese options were great, croissant was excellent. There are also fruit, pancakes, etc.But what I really want to talk about is Manuela, the lady from the hotel who works at the breakfast service. In one word she is exceptional. She can handle on her own all tables with around 40 seats, keep food available, answer any doubts and even be patient to some rude customers. Manuela is a real professional. I hope she is treated well by hotel management because I want to see her next time I return to this nice hotel.
