    Good spot to stay, located in central Nice, great location. Walls were very thin, but that's to be expected, and they actually provided sets of earplugs which was very nice. Heating unit and control over it was good. Bed was very comfortable. Nothing super fancy or luxurious overall, but a great, clean, safe place to stay for a few nights.

    Perfectly fine hotel, not much to complain about. The price was good, and the room was clean. Some trouble with the AC, it shut off in the middle of the night, which was a bit annoying. Staff was wonderful and always friendly, even gave a small gift when we left. Did not have the breakfast, so can't say anything about that. All in all a good stay, but nothing great about this hotel that gives it a 5-star rating.

    I was positively surprised when I arrived at the hotel: not only was is super centrally located but also offered great service and lovely rooms at a fantastic price!The hotel located is about 3min away from the airport tram stop Jean Medécin, 2min from Place Massena and 4min from the old town.My room was very clean and offered aircon/heating, fridge, haidryer, tv, kettle & complimentary. coffee/tea. The furniture and carpet looked well-maintained and the bed was very comfortable. I was warmly welcomed upon check-in by multilingual staff. I slept very well and can only but recommend this hotel!

    Extremely friendly staff, room was nice and clean, only problems we had was the walls are very thin and the guests in the next room had very loud voices and were having a conversation at 3 in the morning and the toilet had to be shoehorned in which meant we couldn’t sit on the toilet correctly, but all said the room was lovely

    Booked two nights because I wasn’t sure when I would be able to get there. Called in advance to check that it was ok that I might be there early in the morning or during the second day. When I arrived I was told I was a no show, no refund and they’ve resold my room. Basically tooBad so sad go away no refund. No rooms available. Goodbye. Unprofessional and rude. Would recommend paying more to go with a proper hotel. 440 dollars and I never even stepped foot in a room. Staff were incredibly unprofessional and rude. Might be the worst experience I’ve had in my entire year of travel
