An excellent find.

A little gem of a place, this hotel is set in beautiful grounds, a lovely swimming pool and tranquil bathing area with quality loungers. Clean, tidy and very welcoming rooms, excellent buffet breakfast with a shaded terrace to sit out savour your coffee, and such friendly staff. On site parking and close to main roads to go exploring the beautiful hilltop villages of the region, also close to the airport. A very short stay for us but would definitely use again and highly recommend . A very special resort-like experience

This is a very special place. Rooms are well-appointed and very quiet. The bed is great and the sheets are high quality. Feels much more like a resort than a 3-star hotel. The breakfast buffet is well worth the money and has plenty of variety including freshly made pancakes, fruit, fresh-squeezed orange juice, croissants, boutique jams, yogurt, hard boiled eggs and more. Joel the owner is always around and gives this place a very personal feel. No dinner, but the “snacking” menu has pizza, wraps, salad, beer, wine and very nice ice cream sundaes. We made dinner—on our patio—out of the snacking menu most nights. We spent our last 5 nights of our trip here and could easily have spent more. Did I mention the pool? It is just perfect. We were here with very hot weather and spent a lot of time in and around the pool. I’d come back in a heartbeat. It is so hard to find a hotel like this one at this price anywhere. Charming hotel with perfect pool and breakfast

Gorgeous charming hotel with lovely breakfast, well kept swimming pool, spacious rooms and staff who are incredibly helpful and kind. Kids loved it here. It’s only a short Uber ride to Saint Paul De Vence, making it an ideal resort for a relaxing holiday in south of France. Thanks for having us!

A fine base for touring the Cote dAzur

The hotel is very comfortable and hospitable even in offish-season. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, the host very welcoming and helpful and the breakfast is good. You need to have a car, as the hotel lies on a busy throughfare with no adjoining village or or pavements. The location as such is very good and there is no disturbance from the traffic. Family trip for a week in perfect hotel near Nice

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Swimming pool is well-maintained and the room with balcony was clean and perfect for a family trip. You can see some of the surrounding mountains from the breakfast area, other than that it's lots of pretty trees and flowers. Our room had air con and a minibar fridge although do consider hiring a car as the shops aren't in close walking distance. Kids can play table tennis and there's a piano too. St paul de vence is close by and has some wonderful artisanal shops selling traditional soaps and floral products of the region.The Fragonard store in St paul Town centre is fantastic. If you can't get over to Grasse, pop in there for a selection of their soaps, perfumes and tableware, also lovely tops, dresses and scarves.If you're looking for a quiet place to stay this is it. Near all the main towns and villages such as Vence, tourrettes sur loup, Cagnes sur mer. It's 40 minutes away from Cannes, where you can book a quick ferry ride over to the beautiful island of Sainte Marguerite. Fantastic for nature lovers. If booking Uber trips note that there's a cut off limit at Tourrettes, ubers do not go to tourrettes or beyond that town in the direction of the mountains so don't get stuck booking your return car!All in all we had a very enjoyable trip.
