    A partly unpleasant stay, caused by not given the appartement type booked and prepaid for, 4 nights in a premium 2 room appartement with pool view. Instead we got an dirty (stains in toilet, mould in shower, dirty balcony) un-premium appartement on the side of the hotel, with traffic noise. When complaining to front desk, the only answer vas "Sorry, fully booked, but we can give you a complimentary breakfast". Due to celiac disease, we must make breakfast in appartement, so this was not an option. On top, the appartement did not have an exterior window in bedroom, but was a cabin inside the room with a window to living room.After a lot of arguing with hotel management for two days, and several telephone calls to Hotels.com, we got the right appartement in the afternoon two days after arrival. Again, the only explanation for not having the booked type was "Sorry, fully booked but we can give you a complimentary breakfast". After one night we where promised the right type the next day, but even day two they tried to avoid giving us this by another "Sorry, fully booked". First after 3rd telephone call to Hotels.com, we got the right appartement.If the hotel management had been truthfully, being humble and sorry, we could forgive a lot, but after been lied for so many times, other guests must be warned! At checkout we observed an another couple in big quarrel with management (front desk manager and general manager), over not having the booked room type, so this was something happening not only to us. Now we are waiting (still) for reimbursement of price difference of what we paid and what we got for two nights, as promised by Hotels.com.When this told, the good things with the hotel, is that the appartement we finally got was really nice, the same with pool area and parking facilities.

    Family trip with Daughter and Grandkids,Room was lovley,good for self catering all things provided in an apartment, pool was fantastic as was sauna and jacuzzi, staff were really polite and friendly,beds were really comfortable, anyone going to south of France would definitely recommend this hotel to be booked

    They lied to us about changing our room due to broken sofa bed and not having view to the pool or sea. They told us that they could change it in the middle of our stay but they didn’t and they didn’t put any effort to change the broken sofa bed. It was extremely disappointing!!

    We were traveling with a mobility scooter and the building and grounds worked 100%. Reception staff so warm and welcoming. Bed and room very comfortable and spacious. We had a lovely balcony and view … well done and thank you - a great months stay. Perhaps sun umbrellas at the pool would have helped with the sun but I didn’t ask so perhaps they are available.
