Overall a really nice stay

Great location, especially for Carnivale. Clean room and lovely, helpful staff. Only slight issues were my wife not being able to use the WiFi due it saying it was ‘insecure’ and the water would have to run for a while before it heated up.

Great location. Charming hotel. Excellent staff. The only problem we had was with the elevator which was often dysfunctional. We had to climb the staircase often and it was not easy. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

Lovely hotel, super-friendly and helpful staff (thank you, Karine) easy walking distance to all activities and sites in La Belle Nice. Excellent breakfast, small but nice room, quiet lovely area, would be happy to stay there again.

Stayed in single room for 6 nights at this excellent hotel, room was bigger than expected and very clean with a very comfortable bed and large shower room, room was well equipped with T.v, Tea and Coffee making facilities and mini fridge, Air con in room was extremely good. The Hotel is situation in a good area, 10 mins from train station and 5 mins from beach, there are many good restaurants close by and is 5mins from main town centre and shopping area. I enjoyed a comfortable and relaxing stay at the Palm Boutique and will back again soon. A big thanks to Nicolas and Karine on receptiin who are most helpful and Friendly.

The Best Little Hotel in Nice

Beautiful, spotlessly clean, invitingly bright, and tastefully appointed boutique hotel in Nice. Our family room on the top floor was spacious with a surprisingly large terrace. The location too is ideal. Nicolas, Lisa, and Karine are amazing hosts: gracious, welcoming, and very helpful. It was truly a home away from home.
