  Difficult to find and no parking

  The hotel is extremely difficult to find. There are no signs or directions anywhere. There is also no parking to be found. After driving around five times, we finally found the hotel on foot. They sent us to a paid garage that could only accommodate very small cars or electric cars.The garage was so narrow that our car got scratched. All the walls in the parking garage were already scratched by cars before us.The receptionist was completely unwilling to help us find a solution. She dismissed everything by referring us to Booking.com and showed no willingness to assist. This is absolutely not the way to treat guests. We left angry and dissapointed and booked an other hotel close for one night (extra costs). Almost two hours lost. Not recommended.

  Airport one-night stay

  Quick one-night stay on a trip from Nice to Italy. Hotel is well within walking distance from the air port, and also a very short walk to trains and trams.Room was nice and clean. We didn't use the kitchenette, but it seem fully functional for preparing a simple meal. Nice balcony with a view to the plaza outside.

  Worse ever experience in 30 years travelling worldwide!!!!! Receptionists are rude, they do not explain you at arrival that this " hotel" has way different rules: 1 there is no housekeeping, if you want new towels you have to take old ones, go at reception, pay 2 euro and you get fresh towels.Coffee and toilet paper they said it is free but you have to go and line up at the reception and ask for them . You have to dispose garbage , swipe floors, wash dishes, clean bathroom If you want a normal vacation go somewhere else , this is a long term renting place , no idea why they are called a hotel , and they are advertised as a 3 star place. I would give them maybe a 1.5 star , that would fit best this place.

  Close to the airport but not easy to find

  We stayed for one night as we had an earlier flight to catch the next morning - with this being near the airport, we assumed it would be easy to find and access ... hmm, not exactly.We arrived with a car and entered the location on the GPS - we ended up at a barrier for the business district with no way to enter. Going on foot, we managed to find the accommodation but we were told that they do not and cannot allow us through the barrier, so we had to go round the back with the car to drop off our bags.Not the end of the world but if they know about these constraints, why not state so upfront and send messages to people so they are aware? Not exactly rocket science, right?The rest of our stay was fine, spacious and clean room, good A/C which helps in the hot weather and the fact the airport is just 10 minutes away by foot.Sort out the communications and check-in and this would be a great place to stay.

  Quiet, ultra clean and convenient

  This hotel/residence is made for business men working in the area as there are a lot of business building around. However, this is super clean and super quiet. We have all the tools to cook our own meal should we wish to do so. Close to the Nice airport. There is a grocery store (Carrefour City) 10 minutes by foot from the complex.Easy to take the the tramway line 2 or 3 to go downtown. Also Saint-Augustin train station is 5 minutes by foot. Easy to go to Eze or Cannes or Monaco.I will definitely return on a next trip to Nice.
