Location

This cosy hotel is situated directly in the centre of Nice, only a few minutes from the Promenade des Anglais and 50 metres from the lively pedestrianised zone with its countless shops, bars, pubs and restaurants. The nearest public transport links are to be found just outside the building and a nightclub are located within 150 metres from the hotel. The nearest beach is merely 300 metres from the hotel and the picturesque old town is 1.5 km away. The well-known Acropolis Congress Centre, the large Nice Etoile shopping centre, Casino Ruhl and the famous flower market are also located in close proximity to the hotel. Nice airport lies 5 km away.

Facility

64 rooms, including 2 junior suites and 3 suites, are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities.     Spent three nights here in The Deck Hotel. It was very central and a great location to restaurants, shops, trains, and the main square and promenade. We had an amazing time. Highly recommend the staff, they were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. You will find the breakfast rooms on split levels with great choices. Something for everyone. I would highly recommend The Deck Hotel and we will definitely be back. Great value for money. We were given a little parting gift from the staff also which was very thoughtful. All in all, our trip to Nice was very successful.     This a nice affordable hotel in a wonderful location. The rooms are small, but the suites have large decks, which give you much more space. Our family especially enjoyed the lounge area, with pool table and outdoor seating area. It was a nice place to rest when taking a break from sightseeing. The hotel is stylish and clean, but probably considered mid-range. Very family friendly and the location couldn't be beat.     Best way to stay close to the city’s best spots and have a great room too.     The hotel is in the perfect location, the room was small and charming, renovated but already with some mold spots, but still, well-maintained. Every single person in the hotel is helpful and polite, breakfast was more than ok/not really 4-star hotel options, but tasty/. The coffee machine in the room was a nice touchThe first thought, when you book a hotel, is to have a good place to sleep, and that’s not what we got there. The bed mattress was extremely old and uncomfortable, asked the next morning for the mattress topper, got an extra one/ the second one/ on the last night of stay, and they also offered us to change the room, but it was pointless to change the room on the last night of stay. I truly hope that the owner and the hotel manager will stay for the night in room 216 and enjoy the comfort they offer!
