Rude reception staff not willing to assist. Dark hallways, smelly old run down rooms, dirty carpets in rooms and dirty shower curtain. Mosquitos biting all night despite closed windows. Aircondition ventilator dirty dusty mouldy. 9 euros breakfast is only bread butter cheese ham and croissant. There is a baguette which customers have to cut a piece from themselves using a knife and their hand… so unhygienic. Seriously do not stay here because you will regret it. One of the worst “hotels” i have ever stayed. The health department should shut this down.

Beyond Expectations.

Surprisingly large room and shower room. Small fridge/mini bar. Beds very confortable. Good size, sunny balcony. Helpful staff. Situated within a short walk of beach, promenade, bars and restaurants. Cap3000 Super Mall also nearby and from there you can take the bus number 12+ direct to the centre of Nice or airport.

Disgusting attitudes, despicable behaviour refused to cancel our booking after we saw what awfully polluting area around the hotel was. I would not recommend these people to anyone, nor would I recommend lastminute to anyone that I booked them through. Rude and insulting staff.

Worst hotel ever! Total scam!

I frequently stay in hotels, but I have never encountered such poor service. The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful, refusing to assist with even basic inquiries. Additionally, the overall atmosphere was unwelcoming, and the staff’s attitude made it clear that guests are not a priority. If you have other options, I strongly advise against choosing this hotel. corinne guerin, Owner at The Originals City Hotel Galaxie, St-laurent-Du-Var, responded to this review Bonjour, Vous réservez 3 chambres sur booking a 10h30 ( en tenant compte des informations détaillées check-in 15h00 , check-out 11h00) , a 11h00 vous venez a la réception pour 'avoir' les chambres, on vous explique que nous étions complet a veille et que les départs (check-out) des chambres sont à 11h00 et que l'arrivée (check-in) à partir de 15h00, donc on vous signale qu'il faudra revenir à partir de 15h00 et vous trouvez ça par normal et vous souhaitez annuler votre réservation (non modifiable/non annulable), Pour information le réceptionniste a très bien fait son travail. Petite conseil pour la prochaine fois avant d'effectuer une réservation pour 11h00 appelez l’hôtel pour savoir si il y a des chambres de disponible pour cette heure ci. De plus vous n'etes que resté à la réception sans jamais avoir mis les pieds dans notre établissement.

Old and shabby hotel. Poor breakfasts for 9 eur for person, really not worth it. Location is okay because it is by the seaside, but all in all we were disappointed when arrives because it has almost nothing in common in comparison with photos in booking.com
