Overlooking Nice racecourse in a quiet area. Not in the centre of Nice but on the outskirts so a train ride is necessary. Train station is a 10/15 min walk. Beachfront hotel with some nice restaurants close by.

I booked this hotel on a deal so I could attend the Mipim festival in Cannes, it was a last minute deal and 30 mins away from the festival but much cheaper than what I could have got it anywhere else so I was very happy to pay the cab fare. The location is amazing right in the beach and very lovely staff at check in. Bed is super comfy, the room is clean and well presented. I had a rear facing room, on the basis that I am not on holiday this is absolutely fine, however I can imagine the sea facing views from the rooms are beautiful. I arrived back to the room late and tried to shut the curtains but there wasn’t any apart from a light voile and a dress curtain. Went to bed and was woken by a security light shining in at 2am. Found the roller shutter switch by the bed because I thought it was a light switch but very pleased to get some darkness! It would be helpful if the staff could mention on check in the roller shutter to people from other countries, who aren’t used to french shutters lol. This hotel would have got a 5 Star if it wasn’t for this experience :) Thank you 🙏.

Used to stay in this hotel some 15 years ago quite a few times, now it's been renovated. Provides decent comfy rooms with good sound proofing, great location and friendly service. As I was working very early hours got provided a fresh breakfast before the actual breakfast hours no problem.

We Spent at week at the lovely hotel. This was the second time here and the hotel has been modernised to a high standard. Rooms are very nice and comfortable with a decent size comfortable bed. Rooms have a fridge and safe and good size wardrobe. Continental breakfast which is very nice an plenty tea and coffee.The hotel is situated on the sea front and great for walks to nearby restaurants and shops. Train station in about a 20 minutes walk which is great for visiting surroundings area’s Staff are very friendly and helpful. I had an issue and a member of staff arranged for me to see a local chiropractor, which was much appreciated as it enabled me to enjoy my holiday. Well done to all. You are a great team and do a great job
