  Zenitude Hotel our room was robbed. It's not safe to say here

  We chose The Zenitude Hotel at Nimes because it was close to the Historic Centre so we could easily walk to the historic attractions. The room we booked had a kitchen area so we could make meals for ourselves should we want to.We stayed here for 2 nights 13th and 14th October 2022. We would not recommend anyone to stay here or in this area of Nimes. The hotel is conveniently situated near the historic centre which is easy walking distance. It's also close to the railway station and bus station.Our room was robbed, the door was not forced. Our laptop, Kindle and Tablet was stolen. Also other personal items were taken. Three rooms had things stolen. We have been told that a nearby hotel also had rooms broken into and guests possessions stolen. I would NEVER stay in this area of Nimes again. We spent 3 hours at the local police station reporting the crime. We do have a crime report from the police.

  Worst Hotel Ever

  I stayed here for only one night and it was awful. The AC is completely broken making the rooms up to 85 degrees. Our room was clearly not cleaned before we got there and had so many stains EVERYWHERE (pictures down below of just the brown stains on the ground) The shower was leaking, there was more then an inch of water just sitting in the bathroom and was not properly cleaned before we arrived. I have stayed at many hotels but this has to be the worst one. There was no staff to contact about any of these issues. It feels like they really don’t care and just want your money. I have never written a review before but I knew I had to say something. I would look into better options before you book this hotel. Zenitude- Nimes.

  Staff very helpful..even ringing car hire place after our car was broken into.Even though room was a bit tired the kitchenette,laundry alcove and fresh breakfast made this a positive stay.Within walking distance to train station,onsite parking and in walking distance of main attractions.Plus the supermarket very close to get food means I would stay here again.   Was excellent.....i really appreciate my stay over there...welcoming receptionist...keep it up guyz....i have been there repeatedly....i like my room ....was clean tidy .....for sure i request people to go and stay in this hotel....for the breakfast also was very good...not expensive....nice view from the balcony...   Amazing city!Great roman vestiges, the Arena, good restaurants a good vibe all over the city.Nice fountains, statues, secret narrow streets to discover.Thursday nights one can taste traditional food from the local farmers and have a glass of wine in the streets.There is live mysic, karaoke and dancing in the city center.Great holiday!
