Vous vous êtes présenté dans la nuit du 10 au 11 à 2h, soit avant le début de votre séjour.Notre établissement ne dispose pas d’une réception ouverte 24h/24 ; les arrivées se font entre 15h et 22h30, comme précisé lors de la réservation. Nous attendions donc votre arrivée le lendemain à partir de 15h.L’hôtel ne peut être tenu responsable d’une erreur de date ni d’une arrivée en dehors des horaires communiqués.Nous regrettons néanmoins la situation rencontrée.Cordialement,La Direction

  Beautiful location, good bed, good breakfast,good parking, no air conditioning!

  After parking in the QPark at 200meter from the hotel we we arrived at the hotel. Professional staff nice room facing the beautiful garden. Good bed. Somewhat dated bathroom. Lift for one suitcase and one person. No AC! Close to the city. Good breakfast Nice people!The price is for the quality of the hotel. Good match!   A great family room in a well run hotel. Perfect for what we needed. A great sized room for our family of 5. Lovely location 15 minutes walk from the city.Extremely helpful staff.   Peaceful and quiet in the city

  Superb hotel in a quiet side street with on street parking. The garden room was delightful, it was so lovely and quiet. There was a kettle which was a nice surprise. The bed was comfy. There was a bath with an overhead shower. We loved the antique chair at the desk. All windows opened on to the lovely night air.   No frills but nice property space

  While not right in the action, it is a 15 minute walk to the City Center. The best thing about this hotel is that it has a nice courtyard to enjoy your breakfast or a glass of wine. After walking to the main square for dinner, we hung out in the yard with a bottle of wine. Rooms were clean enough and the bathroom was pretty spacious.
