    We stayed as a couple for four days in april. We were intereste in being close to the Eiffel Tower. The hotel's location is perfetc for this and also allows you to travel to other arrondissement very easily thanks to the proximity of the metro station. The hotel is clean and the staff very kind and efficient.     My husband and I stayed in a deluxe suite which had a balcony. Easy in/out and so close to the major spots for the Eiffel Tower, Grand Palais, Rue Cler market street, etc. The only thing I would say is it is hard to get early check-in - you have to be persistent and keep asking after noon to see if any rooms are ready sooner than 3pm. The bathroom itself is separated from the bedroom area with a thin, see through curtain, so take that into consideration. Loved the 24/7 reception and definitely try the Italian restaurant next door!     Loved the location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I do recommend management replace the carpets in the rooms. Outside of that it was a great and nice hotel. The system was not out of order at all; the hotel was simply still operating in winter mode at that time. This was clearly explained to you.Regarding the alleged “humidity smell,” this is not an issue that has been identified in the room. Furthermore, contrary to what you claim, we did not refuse to take action. On the contrary, we offered you several solutions, including changing hotels or providing a commercial gesture.     The hotel is tired and really noisy. Shower only had one angle which was straight out from the wall so the floor flooded. Carpets are very worn.
