    Grand spot, quirky, unique staff experience and nightlife

    A grand spot, Rue Frochot just off the Place Pigalle. I love this hotel and everything about it. Quirky, unique, and staff that are now part of the experience. Worth going for the staff banter and observations on current affairs alone. Room was clean, a bit on the small side for me, but plenty of power outlets for my need, and a clean bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast fare is not as extensive as it was, but still plenty of choice. Plenty of nightlife outside the door, if you like that sort of thing! Adds to the atmosphere. Here, it's the Pigalle!

    I'll start with the good points. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. Cereal, fruit, yoghurt. Bread, cheese, cold meat. The location was good with some great bars and restaurants on the same street and nearby. Plus Pigalle metro and a supermarket are at the top of the street. The bad points are that it is very shabby. I live in a poor part of the north of England and I don't expect to stay in a hotel that's in a worse state than my own home. The bath was badly discoloured. The sink protruded over the toilet and the carpet was disgusting. See photos. Although the staff were great, I would not stay here again unless it had a thorough make over which it may do as it's recently changed ownership to Accueil Home Hotel Paris Pigalle Montmartre.

    Super hotel in the Pigalle/Montmartre area, worth a visit. Unique experience. Great staff always ready to help and act. Crazy staircase for the healthy, life for the others. Very clean, fast, attentive room servicing and a very full breakfast buffet also. Extra vitamins for runners provided (and eclairs).

    Excellent customer service. Friendly staff, helpful, unique. Clean, well attended rooms, serviced by 10 am! Daft 110+ spiral staircase that I love (or take the lift). Enjoyed the special vitamins provided for Paris Marathon runners. Great breakfast options. Consistently great over the 10 years I have been travelling there.

    Simple hotel but very helpful and nice staff at the heart of Pigalle/Montmartre. Basyt, the receptionist was so helpful, friendly and professional. Annick so lovely during our breakfast. When we will. One back to Paris we will be back at this hotel thanks to the quality of the staff.
