    A quintessential Paris hotel. Cutest elevator that fits two people if you are lucky, so charming! Rooms were beautiful and a great size for Paris. We stayed in room 54, and had a lovely view of the street. Bed was a little firm for my preference, but still comfy enough. Rooms were quiet, and we paid a little extra to secure a balcony - well worth it! The location is amazing. Less touristy than other areas, so nice to see Parisian's do their thing. Only downside for us was that there was no fridge in the room. While they were happy to put out stuff in their fridge - it just meant the convenience wasn’t there. Everyone who worked there was lovely, but a special mention to Elena! Elena was always smiling, so lovely and always keen to suggest places for us to go and see.

    This is a really lovely hotel, I stayed in room 34 which is a superior double, the room was large and had a zip link bed which would be too hard for some, it also had a smaller second bedroom with a single bed. The bathroom was lovely, the only downsides were the shower head is handheld so a little awkward to wash your hair in the bath. Staff were lovely, everywhere was very clean, it was quiet at night and in a good location for two metro steps and a short walk from La Cigale and the Moulin Rouge.

    Unreasonable customer service, won't book in the future

    Terrible customer experience!Property was very inflexible to accommodate for a stolen passport situation. Requested to delay the stay a few days while passport was renovated and they refused, claiming that I was discriminating them for being a small and independent hotel.I will not book again this property in the future due to lack of understanding, slow response of customer service (manager is unreachable most of the time), and aggressive responses.

    Perfect Parisian getaway

    In a small cul de sac off a quiet road, but close to various metro stations and centrally located. Rooms were characterful and ours on the 6th floor was very spacious. There is an old school lift that may not suit some, although it worked just fine for us. Staff are friendly.

    I stayed for 8 nights in room 34. The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the street. The hotel was quiet and close to Rue des Martyrs with lots of cafes and shops and the metro. The staff were very welcoming. The hotel has a quirky, tiny elevator which is all part of the experience. The hotel is full of character. The downside was there was no fridge in the room but I got by and no AC but I was provided with a fan which made my stay comfortable. The hotel is also close to Montmartre.
