  Lovely hotel, everything about it was fantastic

  We have just returned from a 4 night stay at Hotel Alison. From the second we walked in to the second we left it was perfect. The hotels location felt central to all major tourist sites. Short enjoyable walk to Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame etc. the area felt very safe and we were quite happy to return late at night. The staff are incredibly polite and helpful. They made us feel very welcome. We didn’t have breakfast as we wanted to find things en route to our destinations. We did however, call down for coffee which was delivered to our room. The room itself and bathroom was immaculately clean and it was so lovely to come back to a freshly made comfy bed every night after lots of walking. We would love to come back to Paris and both agreed we will not even look at another hotel and will return to Hotel Alison.

  Lovely little hotel hidden away but so so convenient because withing walking distance from anywhere ( if you like walking ) ,, 10 minute from place de ka comcorde , opera , so there ,, A bit smallish , but what they lack in space , they make up in charme , cleanliness and politness,, Also extremely accomodating , any problem is no problem ,, Enjoyed our stay , and if you are on a budget , its perfect ! We didnt have breakfast so cant comment , as we chose to follow our tik tok son locations ,, but we woukd consider it again

  What a perfect little hotel! Wonderful friendly staff, great location, decent sized rooms, and a lovely continental breakfast! Would recommend to anybody visiting Paris on a budget friendly trip! We walked to many an attraction, including the Eiffle Tower!

  We made a reservation through booking.com and texted the property several times. They responded almost immediately. Our flight was cancelled so we were a day late arriving they explained that they could not issue a refund which was perfectly understandable. We found the room small but that’s Europe. It was comfortable. Breakfast was continental but huge. The hotel is well located. We gave a 5 star rating but the staff get 10 out of five. They were all excellent but special compliments to Frederic. We had wine and asked about an ice bucket which he didn’t understand. I used a plastic bag and we sat in the courtyard. When he saw us he brought us chips and knew what we had asked about and gave us a wine bag for icing wine to take with us. Perfect customer service.

  Wonderful hotel in a great location for walking to just about everywhere in the heart of Paris. The rooms were clean and well appointed, the staff was very helpful and the breakfast was great. We had the 2 connected room family room for 4 nights which was quiet and peaceful and provided plenty of room for the entire family. We literally walked everywhere from the hotel as a base and it was perfectly situated. There is a nice little grocery store right across the street too if you need snacks for the day or a bottle of wine for the evening. The front desk also set up an early morning taxi transfer to the airport that was right on time on our departure day.
