  Great location with some hiccups

  First of all, location is PERFECT. I stayed here twice and that is the main selling point. The rooms are small-ish and could use an upgrade with the carpets. The biggest negative is the thin walls, we could hear the person next to us snore all night. It drove us crazy.

  The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location. You are situated a 20-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. Other than that, there are only negatives:Room space is so small even for ParisNoise insulation is poor – you can hear your neighbor's phone vibrating or their conversations on the phoneNo refrigerator, coffee machine, or kettle – (how is this even possible in 2024 at a hotel in a city center like Paris???)Not even bottled water is providedTowels never dry under any conditionsBeds are terribly narrow and short – at 188 cm tall, I was constantly hanging 30% off the bed; for two people, it’s extremely crampedThere is simply no service – upon check-in, we needed to leave our suitcases to park the car, but it turned out to be impossible because, according to the receptionist, it was unsafe (what????). The hotel description states that it has its own parking, but as it turned out during check-in, the parking is located 10 minutes away from the hotel, and you have to pay €24 just to enter.Overall, we do not recommend it.

  Comfortable and clean hotel

  This was a very clean and basic hotel in a nice neighborhood of Paris. The front office was very helpful in guiding us which metro line we would need. It’s more of a Olympiad Javelin throw to the Eiffel Tower than a stones throw but still a nice location. We didn’t opt into breakfast but walked a 5 minutes to a very nice cafe and even went twice. I liked the area as it wasn’t a strip of hotels but rather being with residents of the area.

  Safe for tourists. Great for short stays.

  Parking is advertised as available. But there is limited parking. And you may not get a spot, especially if you dont call in advance to reserve. Be prepared to pay to park somewhere. You can pay to park on the street and its not so bad. Short walk to eiffel Tower. Also some nice pubs and restaurants within short walking distance. Room is comfortable but you can hear conversations in room next door. Overall great experience, friendly staff, clean rooms, safe neighborhood and a great choice for short(2-3 day) stays.

  Hotel was nice & had a nice view.Close to Eiffel Tower and local foodShops nearby were handy. Staff were friendlyWe went all around the city to nice attractions, train was helpful. I’d advise to get the day pass as this handy to get around (station was close to hotel)
