  Location was great away from the hustle, quiet area, train not far from hotel and all flat walk on the same street, room was great value for money, being out all day you just need somewhere to put your head down was really quiet area , cleanliness was not an issue perfectly acceptable, staff friendly, breakfast could be booked at extra cost, but there is a lovely bakery just opposite that had amazing food for breakfast to take away and have in your room. We would return to this hotel if going to paris again.   Overall the experience was good but now we have arrived home my partner has now came out in bite marks which we are warning are bed bugs. Overall the hotel is okay however the air con did not work once in our time that we were here. We also had no housekeeping the whole time we were here.

  WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE

  AVOID. The worst hotel i’ve ever stayed at, don’t waste your time and money, literally needs shutting down. first they took an extra €240 off us for deposit and something else which it doesn’t tell you when you book.The first room we got put in was absolutely awful so we had to argue to be put into a better room because it was dirty and broken and just smelt awful.our group got split up after that and put on different floors but the staff were not accommodating at all and when we’d walk back down to reception to get a drink or ask something, the receptionist and security guard would be asleep. the walls are paper thin and when we asked reception if he could speak to the room next to us for being loud at 3-4am still, he said yes then fell straight back to sleep infront of us and just didn’t do anything about it. DO NOT stay. They comment back to people’s bad reviews on google with such patronising fake responses acting like they actually try to improve the hotel when we’ve read reviews from months ago mentioning seeing bugs and their comment back was that they were taking the situation very seriously but we are here in 2025 and the place is so dirty crawling with bugs (cockroaches).

  I’m a regular guest here, and while the location has its perks, the severe cockroach problem is unacceptable and needs immediate attention.Pros:- The area is calm and pleasant.- The train station is conveniently close, although service stops early at night (arround 10).Cons:I stayed here for an exteneded amount of time. I started seeing cockroaches despite taking my living space hygiene very seriously. I brought it up with the maintenance team, and they tried to gaslight me, claiming it was just a cleanliness issue and I should keep the room tidy. However, as time went on, I kept seeing more cockroaches, killing several myself, and overheard other guests at reception frequently complaining about the same issue or asking to switch rooms.It’s clear this isn’t just a one-room issue—it’s a building-wide infestation. Unfortunately, management hasn’t made any visible effort to hire professionals to address the problem. This is especially concerning because cockroaches can trigger allergies and asthma in both children and adults, posing serious health risks to guests.Message to Management:If the building takes this issue seriously and hires a professional pest control company, I’ll gladly remove my review.To help highlight this issue, I’m sharing a photo with the same tiling as the studio kitchen as proof this isn’t just a salty costumer or a fake review

  The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was smelly, the fridge was smelly, stains on the walls and floors and dents in the doors which looked like they had been punched. My cousins room (interconnecting room) was not cleaned even though we checked in at 4pm. We told them and went out for the rest of the afternoon and came back at 11pm and the room still had not been cleaned.We went downstairs and spoke to the night clerk and told him the situation and said we will just use one room and we want a refund on the second room and he said that’s fine and he will email his manager and will organise a refund for the second room and we returned the key. When we went to check out he said we still had stuff in the room, and we weren’t entitled to the room even though we had removed all our belongings. Then he said he had asked us to come back down the next day to confirm, which he did not. Avoid at all costs.
