    The hotel itself was clean and generally okay, but our experience was spoiled by issues with the deposit. We had to pay a deposit at check-in, which already made us a bit concerned because we’d read several complaints from other guests saying they never got theirs back. Before checking out, we asked the receptionist when we should expect the deposit to be returned, and we were told it would come back straight away.It’s now been over a month, and we still haven’t received anything. We’ve tried contacting the hotel numerous times, but we haven’t heard back at all. The lack of communication and failure to return the deposit has been extremely frustrating. Because of this, we wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

    I and my freind was in hotel 4-6 April 2025 in two room.they blocked 45 euro per each room total 90 euro for deposit.after checked in they said we will back your money after 3 days but after 25 days they don't back my money.i followd them by email at first they said because one room is dirty we back only 45 euro. and now they said we don't back money . they don't answer my email .I reserved by Expedia site and they said the hotel don't back your money . please advise me how can I back my money and how can i complaint?at the end be informed in two days we wereat hotel all the time one guard stay in my room floor corridor on the chair because of one room and it seemed so unsafe

    Please do not waste your money here. The quality of customer service is zero. Cleaning wasn't carried out on day it was supposed to be, was charged double for one booking, Receptionist Stefanie was rude, unprofessional and needs re training. Plus, I was also told to pay 50 euros for late checkout per hour. Haha. This is not Hilton, Novotel or Mercure who charge less for late checkout. I was asked to send an email of complaint and a week later, still no response from management. If this is how they treat guests who spend money at their establishment, then they don't need to be in operation because without us guests, they will have no need to exist. What an absolute joke of a hotel.

    The room its ok, the breakfast Is not existing.We were in a group.of 38 people, they stated that we wouldnt had the breakfast from 7:30 yo 8:30 am.Once we got there, there only was croissants, coffe and jam.No eggs, no juice, no light...It was dark.The two employees did their best, we had to leave and hace breakfast elsewhere.So very bad, they knew ahead of Time from us.

    Bad Hotel, Receptionist Estell is very rude....Don't go there

    Horrible: Receptionist Estell is very rude, and her face is not welcoming. She refused any communication, accommodations, or hospitality. She treats guest like dirt.We had to avoid her at any cost since we couldn't cancel and run. Check in at 2 pm, and she asked us to pay 50 Euro for half an hour early check in! despite explaining we were old, sick, travelled from the USA, and need the room to take medication and rest. Estell refused to let us in unless we pay 50 Euro. These people have no conscious, and should not be in the hospitality business.Our sleep was interrupted by repeatedly hearing next doors closing.Overall, horrible experience, and I don't recommend it to anyone.
