This city hotel is very well situated. It lies in a quiet area in the north of Paris, just behind Montmartre and close to the Opera and the Champs-Elysées by metro. The local metro station can be reached in just 4 minutes on foot, Saint-Lazare is 1.5 km away and nearby sights include Sacre Coeur (1.5 km), Pigalle (1.5 km) and Galeries Lafayette (2.5 km). Nearby airports include Orly, Charles de Gaulle and Paris Beauvais Tillé, which are 25 km, 25 km and 65 km away respectively.

    arrived in the evening for my check in, I had to get up very early without even showering because the receptionist informed me that there was no possibility of showering in the evening until the morning because the water was broken. the receptionist did not try to be flexible with me despite having asked if it was possible to return the key around 12 p.m. because at 6 a.m I had a professional meeting. I left without showering, returning the key at 6 a.m

    The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much for them. They always wanted to help and always had a smile on their faces! I would definitely stay here again when visiting Paris in the future.Very easy to get to Paris centre. A 3 minute walk to Guy Moquet metro station and 2 tubes which are only a few minutes each and easy to locate the second tube from the first at the changeover station. Brings you out right at the centre and near all attractions you want to see. The tube is €1.90 for both journeys also.

    I booked and paid for a quadruple room last minute on Airbnb, as I was travelling with my husband and two daughters. When I arrived at the hotel they told me they had only reserved me a triple room and made me pay an extra €30 to ‘upgrade’ to the quadruple I’d already paid for through Airbnb. That seems fraudulent in my option. They insisted the Airbnb listing was a ‘mistake’ but as their mistake they should have fixed it. We arrived at 9pm, so wasn’t exactly like anyone else was going to pay for the quadruple room.Hotel itself is very tatty. From the red staining all over our blue carpet, looks rather like someone was murdered here. Beds comfortable enough though and linen smelt clean at least.

    We knew this was a 3 star hotel and the staff/front desk was super nice and helpful. This was our first trip to Paris so I was expecting cute cobblestone streets with shopping close by. This area is "shady" and I was nervous walking to the hotel at night but we had no issues. It was also pretty far from everything (at least a 30 min train/uber ride). The bed was VERY comfortable (I was nervous as other reviews shared the bed was lumpy). The croissants at breakfast were amazing. I probably would not stay here again only becasue of the distance to attractions but they get a A+ is customer service and hospitality.

    Super rude at the check out. and broken toilet

    The cleanness was ok. the toilet was broken and the shower had fungus. There was one indian women at the reception she was very very very rude to us. I asked her why she is so rude and she said because before when my friend called to ask something my friend hand up too early and because when I was talking to my friend while check out I used the word stupid. First at all, I was saying something to my friend nothing about her and 2nd after i told her she was even more rude and didn't apologize to me. it's my 2nd time in this hotel and my last time. never again. i can accept broken toilet but not rude personal.
