    My parents recently stayed at Adagio Access Clichy, and unfortunately their experience was extremely negative due to the behavior of one of the receptionists.I want to stress that this review is not based solely on their account. I was personally on the phone with them at the exact moment of the incident, and I could clearly hear the receptionist’s rude, dismissive, and unprofessional tone. What is even more concerning is that, after reading other reviews, it is evident that this issue has been reported repeatedly by many different guests. The same complaints about disrespectful reception staff appear over and over again, suggesting a systemic problem rather than a one-time mistake.As this property belongs to the Accor Group, this level of service is frankly unacceptable. Basic courtesy, professionalism, and respect toward guests should be the bare minimum in any hospitality establishment.I would strongly advise management to take these complaints seriously and invest in proper staff training. Until then, I would not recommend this property to travelers who expect to be treated with basic respect.

    Worst hotel experience I have ever had – Adagio Paris Clichy

    Our stay at Adagio Paris Clichy was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel experience we have ever had.We arrived in the evening with our baby, and the room was freezing cold. The heating was locked by the hotel, making it impossible to adjust. Despite booking for two adults and a child and requesting a baby cot in advance, nothing had been prepared.On arrival, the reception staff showed a complete lack of professionalism. After long discussions, they brought a baby cot—but asked us to carry it to the room and assemble it ourselves. They also refused to provide a baby blanket or duvet, claiming there were none available, without offering any alternative. The attitude was unfriendly, dismissive, and unhelpful.The next morning, the situation worsened. The receptionist was rude and refused to give us an extra duvet for our baby, citing inconsistent “safety” reasons. He even claimed our child “was not admissible,” despite our reservation clearly stating two adults and one child. When we showed proof, he refused to acknowledge any mistake and simply handed us a generic complaint card.It took nearly an hour of tense discussion before another staff member finally agreed to provide a duvet.The issues were not just about the cold room, but the shocking behaviour and lack of basic service from the reception staff. Their dismissive and unprofessional attitude made our stay extremely stressful.I strongly advise avoiding this hotel, especially in colder months. Staff urgently need proper training in hospitality, customer service, and basic courtesy.

    Refused to Accept ALL Gift Card – This Feels Like a Scam

    I stayed at Aparthotel Adagio Access Paris Clichy and had a deeply frustrating experience that left me questioning the integrity of Accor’s services.Before booking, I checked Accor’s official website, which clearly states that prepaid bookings made through ALL.com can be refunded at the hotel and paid using an ALL Gift Card at checkout. I followed all the rules — booked directly through ALL.com, chose a valid prepaid rate, and brought my gift card to present at check-in.However, the hotel flatly refused to refund the prepaid amount or accept my gift card, citing the prepaid nature of the booking. This directly contradicts the official FAQ. When I contacted Accor Customer Service, I was met with slow responses and irrelevant questions like whether my gift card still had a balance — completely missing the point.This feels like a scam. Accor advertises that you can use their gift cards for prepaid bookings, but in reality, the hotel refuses to honor it and the support team does nothing to enforce the policy. Either Accor has no control over their hotel partners, or they’re intentionally misleading customers.I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel and be cautious when relying on ANY Accor benefit that’s not honored in practice. I expected better from an international brand, but this was a truly disappointing and deceptive experience.

    The receptionist was extremely rude. There was a smell in the room. It was not in the centre of Paris. Seriously have never experienced that type of rudeness after a long plane journey. Also gouging for cleaning you had to pay for cleaning. A disgraceTerrible experience never again.

    LACK OF PROFETIONALISM

    Very unprofessional staff. I've booked a room in this hotel once at the spot they've asked for a caution to be paid by card. I did not hold my card with me so I asked to pay in cash and they refused without even looking for an alternative but instead they have asked to cancel my booking which already paid for and I came a long tiring way to this hotel.I do not recommend this hotel.
