Typical Accor it is not and thats not good

    rating16 Sept 2025

I dont usually write reviews because Im either content or not to upset but stay away. This is not a typical accor. The photos of rooms are not accurate and I dont know whats going on by accor hasnt invested in this and its like Friday the 13th student camp horror show but even that would be better. Worst smell in my life in a hotel. My husband who cant smell anything even plugged his nose. Its like the ventilation system is plugged into the sewer system. Mold, wall trim falling off, broken/half broken furniture. Maybe in my college days this would have passed not now. Only good thing was the staff was pretty friendly and the onsite parking but I would next time risk leaving my car on the side of a road than spending time there. Seriously over 150 a night and it was simply not acceptable. Accor should refund anyone who has spent time here. I really am glad I didnt see anything moving around and I checked all the luggage that I didnt bring visitors because after the cleanliness and outdated items I was seriously worried. No photos because Im pretty sure the camera died from the odorus fog and user photos have been already done, basically dont trust the brand, trust user reviews. :( The only thing I will add is the neighborhood was nice and lots of restos and a mtro not to far, but at the hotel door there was a weirdo hanging out and nobody seemed fazed whereas I was very nervious to get my hotel card out of my purse while he was hanging out by the front door doing something wierd.

Basic apartment hotel that would benefit from renovation.

    rating08 Jun 2025

Fristly, the location is okay for transport, a 5 min walk to the metro and there are two close by Porte de Charenton and Libertie, but it is near the Peripherique and train lines, and very noisy. Double glazing helps BUT the air conditioning is poor and thus I still had to leave the window open a night. Arriving at 11pm, we were greeted by a surly staff member who seemed to be annoyed that we had interrupted him. You cannot enter without a code in the evening or night. The daytime staff were better, but seriously, after a very long flight and taxi ride we hoped for an easier entry. The public spaces are small and a bit clittered. Getting out at the second floor, the hallways are rather run down and give you a gloomy feeling. The room is a good size for Paris (and many in 2025 are tiny) and has most things you need, but it is rather plain and old. The hotel needs renovation. After just two nights, we were happy to leave. It would be okay for a short stay only but that's all. Very good experience on the doorstep of Paris

    rating30 Jan 2025

Had seen so many bad reviews about this place and was about to cancel the reservation last minute but thank God I did not do that. Our stay was excellent. Friendly and flexible staff (they let us use the parking for free for an hour, kept some goods at the reception for someone else to pick them up, gave us a room close to the elevator liked we had asked), exceptionally clean studio, very well equipped with everything we needed, excellent location (5 min away from closest metro station, local bakery 2 min away, supermarket and pharmacy 7 min away), very well heated in the Parisian cold, very good sound isolation (we did not hear any noise from the other rooms or the highway which was just under our window). Safe area, clean neighbourhood, will definitely come back during my next trip to Paris.

This hotel is in an area where most tourists don't come, and we liked it a lot! Both positive and negative things to say.-location: it's ok, if you don't need to spend your time in central Paris. Easy to reach by metro and tram, but as said in previous reviews, it takes time and changes to get there. Neighbourhood is Parisian, not tourists. There are some restaurants and a decent supermarket next to the NH hotel; in that complex is also a nice boulangerie to buy fresh bread and cakes. Close to Paris zoo!-our room was refurbished not so long ago, but very small. It served the minimal needs and the mini-kitchen was enough to prepare breakfast and light meals. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Window facing a garden between the houses so it was also quiet there. No housekeeping during our 4-nights stay, and you have to take care of your own dishes and waste before check-out.-common areas: the lobby looked nice, but the corridors are old. The corridor carpets are very dirty. At times there was free coffee and tea in the lobby, other times there wasn't.So: as the location and the price tells, it's not a fancy hotel but an OK choice, if you don't want to pay a fortune for your accommodation and prefer an apartment instead of a hotel room.

    Our first holiday with baby

    rating11 Sept 2024

We stayed 4 nights with a baby (1 year old) so I will review the baby facilities for other parents. We were provided with a cot in our room, but the cot didn’t have a proper mattress. An adult bedsheet had just been wrapped around the thin base of the cot which was hard for baby to sleep on. It also meant the base of the cot was very low down and difficult to lower a sleeping baby into it.When we asked at the reception they also provided us a high chair which made mealtimes much easier. There were some toys downstairs which would have been good but they weren't very well maintained, missing pieces etc. The books were all for older children, nothing for babies/toddlers.Overall we enjoyed our stay and thought the room was reasonable for the price paid.
