  Great stay to be close to stade de France, everything we required at an affordable rate.

  the hotel room was very poor. the bedding, towels, bathroom were clean, but stickers stuck to the children were left on the walls. Curtains - terrible, even disgusting to the touch. kitchen area - worn, walls blackened, smeared. Staff answered only phone calls, no emails.   Terrible experience with respect to location and room.

  Room and washroom was extremely small. Washroom was equivalent to size of a closet with almost nil space to even take shower. Even the bed size was not sufficient for two people, it was not even queen size bed. There was foul smell in the room. Hotel is located at Saint Denis and we got confused with other Apart Hotel in the city and mistakenly landed in this one. Saint Denis area was very far from city center and roads were very isolated especially after 10 PM. Breakfast was very limited with only cold items like bread, muffin, crossaints and whole fruits. Egg was to be boiled on our own. Only advantage was train station Carrefour Payel was 2 minutes walk from the hotel and it had kitchen in the room.I will never recommend this hotel to anyone especially if you are a couple because it is not even 1% worth the experience you would want in a city like Paris since it was a disaster for me and my husband. You might save on hotel but travelling would be painful to main attractions of Paris since it is very far from central Paris.   Terrible place. This apart hotel definitely needs to be renovated !

  Never exeprience this aparthotel anymore ! Bad stains in corridor. Machine (water bottles,... distributor) not working. Old furnitures. Curtains : dirty, not the right size (smaller than the windows) or not properly attached.Staff inexperienced. At breakfast : missing small spoons, no eggs, machine for boiling eggs not ON,... This hotel anounced as 3 stars hotel ??? No way !!! And it is expansive (over 120 EUR/nught some days...).   This is a great hotel for a short break or as a work/digs base. Its very clean and in a quiet area in the outskirts of Paris. The Paris Underground is Fantastic value, you can circumnavigate Paris for 1.49€ per person if you buy books of 10 tickets. The transfer from Charles de Gaulle airport is €10.30 so we spent a low amount on travel and the service is brilliant. 5 minutes was our average wait for the trains. Paris is just outstanding. The sheer size is breathtaking. We climbed the stairs to the 2nd deck of the Eiffel Tower(650 steps) which was awe inspiring. It is a true metropolis and has made us realize how small our home town of Leeds is in comparison. Notre Dame is also a must even if like us you are not religious in any way. Saint Denis, the area where this hotel is situated is on the bones of Its ar$e, ie run down and needs serious investment. Don't waste your time going there, its really not worth it. We believe Paris MAY be a city with 2 tales rather than a tale of 2 cities. It seems in our experience outer suburbs may be struggling whereas Paris city center is affluent. As mentioned the hotel makes for an ideal, affordable base within a 15 minute commute into Paris. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and thankfully able to understand my GCSE French i learned 40 years ago. Their English was far superior to my French. People may describe the room as dated but for the price we rate the whole experience as 4/5 in a 3 star budget hotel. There is a mini mart type shop and a bakery as you exit the underground station which are open reasonably early till late. Paris is an expensive place as are most major cities. We stopped at a cafe in the park on the Champs Elysees and where chrarged 11€ for 2 diet cokes. Public toilets are a rarity so you may want to use cafe and restaurant facilities, many charge for this, even McDonald's. There are soooo many sites to see we couldn't see them all in the 4 days we where there. We absolutely recommend the Eiffel Tower. At 10.20€ its just an exhilarating experience and just climbing the stairs was a realization of how magnificent the iconic landmark is. I am usually a cynic but i had to push my jaw back into place several times during our visit. Sorry to end on a down note but it is important to mention Paris and the underground are not wheelchair friendly AT ALL.
