  Great Stay, Outstanding Service from Mayumi

  We stayed here from May 22–30 and had a really good experience.Highlights• Great location. Even though it's in Zone 2, the Metro station is very close and getting to central Paris is easy. • 24-hour lounge with free coffee, hot drinks, and water. • Nice garden and smoking area. • Comfortable bed and decent room size for two travelers. • Fully furnished room with plenty of storage for small items.Special Thanks to Mayumi• When we checked in around 10 PM, a male staff member informed us that because we had two separate reservations, we would eventually need to check out, leave our luggage at the front desk, and re-check in later. • The following day, I stopped by the front desk to see if there was any way to avoid this. • Luckily, I was helped by Mayumi, who arranged for us to stay in the same room for our entire stay. • She was upfront that we couldn't get a refund for the larger, more expensive room we were originally supposed to move to, which was completely fine with us. • She saved us from a logistical nightmare and made our stay much more enjoyable.Downsides• No air conditioning. During warmer days, the room could get uncomfortable even with a fan. • We were also surprised to learn that fresh towels normally come with a fee, even if you decline housekeeping. That said, a staff member kindly provided them to us free of charge when we requested them.Overall, we had a very good stay, and Mayumi's excellent customer service made it even better.   The review is more about the hotel than staff , as staff is ever smiling and friendly .. but hotel and its policies as such need an uograde !Right from dirty corridor carpets to buffet breakfast .. listing out pros and cons Pros (easy) friendly staff Cons -hygiene , something they don’t about I guess ! Even for a 8 night stay , house keeping is done just once a week ! Towel change costs 5 Euro per person per day , so please treat towels like treasures don’t let them touch the ground , if you are hygiene conscious - once a week cleaning is a finality as it does not include dusting the pedestal fan in the room as its still covered in months of accumulated dust - buffet breakfast with with open plain yogurt is a total let down even by European breakfast standards ! We have been travelling for past one month stayed at 3 different hotels they atleast served flavored yogurt - they have a self wash laundry but no notice if it’s working or not , I washed a full load only to realise (after putting money in machine) tha dryer is not working ! What is one supposed to do with a full load of wet clothes in tiny rooms with no hangers other than nonfunctional fixed ones in closet ! All the staff could do was refund the dryer cost with no solution to problem at hand - the beds in the room move as you turn sides ! - elevators are like a adventure ride , jerking , shaking making all sorts of sounds ! The place suited us my son’s tournament venue was at a walkable distance , else I would have checked out ! And all this when they charge nearly 90 Euros a night !

  This was the nastiest room i’ve ever been in. Dirty floors, stains everywhere, disgusting carpets and the smell in the room was horrible. When we talked to the staff to complain about the cleaning, they didn’t care. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. We namned the room Mordor. And if you visit, you will know why.   Carpet is extremely dirty that we couldn’t walk without shoes. So much dirt everywhere on the flooring and edges. It smells as someone has smoked in it and tried to hide it with chlorine which makes the smell even worse. If we could get our money back we would change hotel but it’s not possible. We don’t recommend anyone to stay here. Every review that has had anything positive to say about this hotel is lying. Only good thing is friendly staff even though they can’t do anything.   Terrible experience ever.

  Terrible experience and Do NOT believe their pictures. Dirty, smelly, careless management and worse reception service. The reception is always chatting with other staff or pretending she/he is busy. The only smiles received you can get is house keeper, reception staff makes sure you get a long face every day, walk out/in from the entrance.This hotel has a long contract with a Chinese telecom equipment company (some Chinese guests during breakfast told me), and this Chinese company contributes many bookings. Assume this is the reason why management and reception are so arrogance and careless, because they are "safe" from guaranteed bookings, what do they care about quality and improving service. As I refer those negative comments posted before, they don't improve at all.Took some pictures while stay, being a Accor member, will definitely send to its headquarter. I don't know why this hotel dares to claim as 3 stars hotel. What a shame.Even 1 point is too much. 非常糟糕的體驗，不建議浪費金錢在這裡，糟糕的前台服務人員，非常噁心的廁所味道，以及不夠確實的清潔服務。
