  NEGLIGENT STAFF LOST AIRPODS DONT STAY HERE

  Case #23362330 – Adagio Paris Centre Tour EiffelMy family and I stayed at this hotel from 4/4 to 4/7, and overall had a good stay, which is why I’m hoping this situation can still be resolved.I lost my AirPod case with the left bud in Room 2014. Using Find My, I tracked it live to 16A Rue du Théâtre on the 20th floor, where it remained static for over 48 hours. Room 2014 is on that same floor, and the battery was still at 30% when last active—this strongly suggests the item is still within the hotel.I contacted Accor HQ multiple times for help:- First agent refused to provide their ID when asked- Second agent refused to share GM or supervisor contact details- Final response: “I cannot assist you as you wish,” then the chat was terminatedOther Accor agents repeatedly gave reassurances like “rest assured we will find them,” but there was no clear action, update, or follow-through.HQ said a senior team would contact me, but no one ever did.I also called the hotel directly several times. On multiple occasions, calls were disconnected, and at one point I was transferred to the wrong hotel entirely, which made it very difficult to coordinate anything.I emailed the hotel GM three separate times with detailed, practical instructions for a proper search—specifically asking to check inside containers (tissue box, mini-fridge, safe, sealed trash, toilet tank, under mattress, housekeeping vacuum bags, and lost & found), basically a very thorough search of the hotel floor, especially my room, since the GPS behavior indicates the item is likely inside a closed container. Unfortunately, I have not received a response or confirmation that this level of search has been completed.At this point, I’m simply asking for a confirmed, thorough check of Room 2014 and the 20th floor housekeeping areas.I’m confident this can still be resolved with the right attention, and I would genuinely appreciate a response from hotel management. If the item is found and returned, I am more than willing to update this review to reflect that.Thank you in advance for taking another look.Current rating reflects the lack of follow-up so far.   Great stay! Unbeatable location.

  We stayed here for three days with our children and had a wonderful experience.The staff were incredibly helpful. We arrived at 10:00 and were able to check in straight away (five hours early) which meant we could drop our bags and head out to explore. After a bad experience getting to the hotel where we were RIPPED by a taxi, they kindly arranged our transport to CDG, which we really appreciated as was over half the price we paid when we arrived. The room was spotless and well-equipped, with plenty of towels, plug sockets, and USB ports for charging the children’s devices. The view of the Eiffel Tower from our apartment (1703) was absolutely stunning, especially at night. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during a very hot week. The apartment also included a microwave, hob, and dishwasher, along with cloths, tablets, and washing liquid.Although only one lift was in use, it didn’t affect our stay at all.Breakfast was enjoyable, we went down at 08:30 and it wasn’t too busy. There was a good selection of fruit juices and pastries, which the children loved.The location is excellent, with ATMs and shops nearby, and easy access to the main sights. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it.

  good location but NO luggage service

  very nice hotel near main attractions and metro. friendly staff, room is spacious, clean with well-equipped kitchen. BUTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT, the big downside is NO LUGGAGE SERVICE and this is very inconvenient. This is the first time ever I stayed in a 4* hotel without luggage storage services and I will consider twice before I book this hotel again. I would rather stay at the Novotel or Citadines nearby. When we arrive before 15pm with two small kids and 5 suitcases and had to pay €7 *5 for the lockers, and the same on the check-out day from 11am since we have a late flight. The paid luggage locker takes so long time and kids get annoyed when we spent half hour just to put 5 suitcases in lockers. One of the locker also did not open when I wanted to pick up my suitcase and had to ask the staff for help. The hotel staff is very friendly but it took some time too, so overall this is quite disappointing.   Zero value for money and very bad experience with staff

  The location of the property is very good. The accommodation is very basic. It’s run down; mattress is not at all comfortable; the staff is very rude, bad attitude and lack of responsibility. It’s very crowded.   Overpriced tourist trapSwimming pool and fitness center is fake. No one would use it... It's a depressing, useless rat hole down there. Rude people on the breakfast, I wanted a cappuccino, machine didn't have milk, the other one had but they wouldn't let me use it because tables around it weren't supposed to be used.
