  Comfortable Stay in a Quiet, Central Paris Location

  Simple yet comfortable stay in the heart of Paris, in a quiet and safe area. Convenient for shopping and easy to reach by Uber. Our Apartment 101 was spacious with a balcony, and the dark shutters ensured a good night’s sleep. The small in-room kitchen was very handy and fully equipped, and both the beds and the sofa bed were very comfortable. Breakfast was decent but could be improved. The lounge air conditioning was fixed and couldn’t be adjusted. Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly, welcoming staff.   Disappointing Experience Despite My Loyalty as a Diamond Member

  I’ve stayed at this hotel three times within the past month, mainly because of its location and my loyalty as a Diamond member. With so many other options available to me, I chose to stay here expecting a consistent and comfortable experience—but unfortunately, I was let down each time.While the front desk staff, particularly the receptionist, was helpful and welcoming, the condition of the rooms left much to be desired. The room I was assigned felt outdated, with several maintenance issues that seriously affected my stay.The bathroom was in poor condition: the sink was blocked and couldn’t be repaired during my stay, the tub leaked water onto the floor, and the toilet was not only old but also unstable and shifting whenever used. I reported these issues to the receptionist, only to be told that the technician was off duty—leaving me stuck with these problems for the duration of my visit.As someone who stays frequently in hotels and holds Diamond status, I expect a minimum standard of upkeep and responsiveness to guest concerns. Unfortunately, this property did not meet those expectations. I truly hope management takes these concerns seriously and invests in urgent maintenance and renovation, especially for loyal guests who deserve better.   Room is nice but the toilet is very old and need replacing totally. I rate the toilet as 0 over 10, location is great , everything is around walk diy. Quite atmosphere with nice view. I recommend it if a few things could be done to improve the room

  Four Night Stay in Paris

  Apartment was a great size with separate kitchenette, bathroom & toilet. As we are travelling for a number of weeks we enjoyed the fact that there was a laundry which enabled us to do some washing…. Reception stall were very helpful and were happy to answer any of our questions. Hotel only one block from Metro train station which made it easy to get around to all the different sights we wanted to see.

  We wouldn't have anything negative to write, from the receptionist to the breakfast lady, all very polite and very helpful and attentive. A very clean hotel, and we had fun finding our way around Paris. We were in 503, and loved listening to the piano playing in the dance school next door. All in all would definitely stay at this hotel again.
