  This hotel is making savings on behalf of customers comfort and basic rights. Hidden administrative fees of 7€ per day per person, additional TVA calculated on these hidden fees. Could hardly sleep due to some generator noise outside. Quite cold in the rooms; after calling the travel agency the temperature was temporarily increased for few hours, then back to lower. Few more hours spent on the phone to negotiate an extra cover but the cold accumulated caused me health issues. Wi-fi not working for part of the journey. Unprofessional staff 3 out of 4. Very thankful to the only one helpful and friendly person at the reception. Hairdryer stopped working every 20-30 seconds for several minutes, as part of the hotel policy to save energy (on behalf of the customers' comfort). Dust in the room and the bathroom, as well as some rubbish in the corridors. The bottles for water not cleaned between the different customers, with plenty of condensation and limescale, water fountain making strange noise. Some finish or fixing works needed in the kitchen and bathroom to fill in the holes and fix damages surfaces. Cheap hair&body washing liquid in the bathroom caused me allergy, better to use your own if you have sensitive skin. Very limited quantity of tea / coffee upon arrival, less than one per day, no additional tea or coffee provided and no milk available. Staff insisted I should take breakfast for an extra fee of 18€ per person per day but I opted out to compensate for the extra hidden fees.

  Booked 3 studio apartments for 4 nights while attending the Paris Olympics in JulyPositives: Good location for metro. Efficient check inNegatives: Very expensive for facilities we hadFridge in one room not working so after 1st night perishable goods had to be thrown away. Issue reported but not resolved in spite of daily requests so nowhere to keep food coldRubbish from previous occupants had not been removed in another room. Reported daily to reception and noted down but no action taken during 4 night stayWater leaking from bath in one of roomsDoors difficult to close/lock in one room in 3rd roomThis is the 1st time staying in an Adagio Aparthotel and will be our last if this is the standard to be expected

  Not again. Too many issues

  Not sure how the place could get 4 stars by any standard. Rooms are not really clean, A/C wasnt working properly for 2 nights either. Breakfast selection is on the very limited side. Most of the staff could be more service orientated as well. Price was ok, but the place doesnt live up to its reviews.

  I stayed at this hotel for four weeks in June and July. My experience here was disappointing, starting from the moment that I checked in. My reservation stated that fees and taxes were included and the final amount to be paid at the hotel was shown. I reserved “connecting studios for 4 people” and I was charged an extra 210 Euros at check-in without being told. When I questioned this later, I was told that there is a tax of $2.50 per person per night and the reservation amount only included this tax for one person, so I was charged for the other 3 people at check-in. However, I was still overcharged. One person was under 18 and should not have been charged at all. Another person was leaving early. I was able to eventually get a partial refund because of this.When I chose this hotel, I was looking for one that had air conditioning, and this feature is stated on the website for the hotel. When we arrived, it was very hot in both rooms and the temperature cannot be adjusted in the room. When I tried to get the air conditioning fixed, I was told that the temperature cannot be decreased under 26 degrees Celsius (78.8 Fahrenheit). The temperature cannot be controlled from the room. Most of the time, it seemed that the A/C wasn’t even on, and I was so hot that I was sweating. I did notice that the temperature in the lobby was always much cooler than in our rooms though. If you are looking for a hotel with air conditioning, you won’t be comfortable here.The customer service varied greatly depending on who was at the front desk. Some people were great and some definitely were not. The rooms are only cleaned once per week, but I didn’t mind that. The hotel uses thin, papery mattress covers that seem to be disposable and continually slip off of the mattress. I found myself constantly trying to put the mattress covers and sheets back in place to avoid sleeping on the bare mattress. The covers tear very easily, which made it difficult. This was very annoying. Overall, our stay wasn’t horrible, but we didn’t enjoy this hotel and were happy to check out. I won’t stay here the next time that I am in Paris for an extended stay.

  We got a good deal to stay here for 4 nights in a self catering apartment with BA. I had read the reviews and most were really good. I cannot fault our experience at all, it was a great hotel! The room and bathroom was a great size, bed was super comfy and shower was good too. We were far away from the elevator and thankfully was not disturbed at all during our stay. The only downside to this was the walk into central Paris, it took us over an hour each time. Unfortunately we had to book and pay for many Ubers as we didn’t feel it would be safe to walk all that way at night either.
