  Perfect set up for a stay in Paris

  After doing A LOT of research on hotels in this area (as other family members had booked nearby) I decided to book the Adagio Nation and have to say it's fantastic. From the very warm welcome from Jakub and all the team including the manager (apologies I forgot the name!) it's a really nicely run, friendly place. It's literally just a few minutes' walk from Metro line 6 at Daumsenil (maps often says Bel-Air station is closer but it's not quite as nice a location, so recommend using Daumesnil). The room was set up as twin for my son and myself and have to say the beds and bedding were exceptionally comfy. Our room was on the back of the building with two massive windows overlooking landscaped gardens and trees - such a nice quiet spot. The mini kitchen is an incredible luxury for those staying a bit longer, or those even on a short break looking to have a little breakfast or store snacks, cook a basic meal. The bathroom and shower and lighting/mirrors excellent. Another massive plus is how well the storage is designed - there is SO much available including a safe, hanging space, drawers - you really could live here quite comfortably for a wee bit! The full size iron and board also a welcome addition, as was the mini breakfast bar. For info there's a small convenience store just across the road with most things on your doorstep. For a wonderful Italian about 10 minutes walk away cannot recommend Amalfi 86 boulevard de Picpus, 75012 Paris France enough. Also the bakery at Blvd Picpus Maison Landemaine has incredible bread and almond croissants. I'd definitely return to this location but also will actively seek out other Adagio Aparthotels in the future as was so so impressed. Thanks! Leila & Felix

  Nice hotel, good service and convenient location

  This was the first leg of our three country trip. The property is a small nice aparthotel, far from the maddening crowds of Paris. Location is perfect with a Metro station within walking distance and, access to many metro lines from Nation station.It has a small reception lobby area, but super friendly and pleasing front office staff.Room size is just ok, with a dining space and kitchen area. There are so many storage spaces in the room, which makes it perfect for long stays. Bathroom size is moderate, and no complaints about it.In the breakfast area, coffee, tea and water are available 24x7. We did not opt for breakfast, which would cost 17 Euros, but there are many options around the hotel with bakeries, cafes and supermarkets. Small things like infused water at the reception, 24x7 availability of tea and coffee, etc. made us feel comfortable upon reaching the hotel after a long day in Paris. One evening there was free snacks and Mojito (with alcohol) as well. Overall it was a pleasant homely stay, and the staff made it even more memorable. Special mention of Ms. Raechal, who was always there to give suggestions about local places of interest, metro routes, etc., and also helped us book online, transportation back to the airport.

  Fantastic modern clean friendly hotel.

  Fantastic hotel - for families and the food at the restaurant is 10/10. Highly reccomend for a few days in Dubai. We loved it here. There is a shuttle too - but I really can’t fault this hotel. The staff were all lovely and attentive. Good location also. Close to most things.

  Disappointing Experience Due to Unprofessional Staff Behaviour

  I regret to say that my recent visit was overshadowed by the unprofessional and unfriendly behavior of a staff member named Laurine. From the outset, Laurine was noticeably dismissive and unwelcoming. Her tone was curt, and she made no effort to assist or engage in a courteous manner.Customer service plays a vital role in the overall experience, and unfortunately, Laurine’s attitude left a negative impression that detracted significantly from my visit. I had expected a much higher standard of hospitality given the reputation of this establishment.I sincerely hope that management takes this feedback into account and provides appropriate training to ensure that all staff represent the business with professionalism and respect.
