Great location, shame about the aircon

    rating08 Apr 2026

Just visited as a family of four, children aged 12 and 8. Pros- - Location is great for shopping, local bistros, can walk to Louvre in 20 mins and not too far from anything. Also close to bus stop 1 on Toot Bus tour. - felt safe. Reassuring double entry system, key car required for the lift. Would have liked a bolt on the room door though. - apartment size was great. Amazing wrap around balcony, functional kitchen, great full size sofa bed for the children which was roomy. - helpful staff, one in particular helped us work out the Metro system so that we didn’t overpay.- Whilst the breakfast room is very small, most tastes are catered for. Some cereals, pastries, eggs etc. Cons-- the only major con for us was that our air conditioning did not work at all. Promises of a technician did not materialize. Unfortunately with daytime temperatures of 25/26, the room was very warm at night and because of the considerable road noise we could not open the windows. Made for uncomfortable sleep!- our apartment had steep stairs, probably not suitable for toddlers Line J, at Aparthotel Adagio Paris Opera, responded to this review Dear N S,Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Aparthotel Adagio Paris Opéra. We are delighted to hear that you appreciated our prime location, spacious apartment, and the helpfulness of our staff. Your positive remarks on the safety features and breakfast options are much appreciated as well.We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced with the air conditioning during your stay. We understand how crucial a comfortable environment is, especially during warm nights, and regret that our efforts to address the issue did not meet your expectations. Your feedback regarding the steep stairs has also been noted, and we appreciate your understanding of the apartment's layout. Thank you once again for your valuable comments. We hope to welcome you back in the future for a more comfortable stay.Kind regards

Excellent location and friendly staff, The rooms are modern and clean. Highly recommend.

    rating17 Feb 2026

Excellent location and rooms modern style. I stayed at this apartment from February 14-17, 2026. It was my second time staying here. I chose it for its convenient location; it's just a few steps from the Paris Opera, close to large department stores, and easily accessible to major Parisian tourist attractions. This time, it was completely different from my previous stay. Last time, I complained about several hotels selling substandard rooms to tourists, but this apartment has been excellently improved compared to my previous complaints. I highly recommend this apartment; you'll enjoy the environment and the vibrant Parisian nightlife. The rooms are clean, luxurious, and worth the price. However, before booking, be sure to read the details carefully, as this is an apartment, not a hotel, and the service is different. Finally, I highly recommend this place if you're visiting Paris. I can confirm it was an excellent choice for my stay in Paris.

    Never again at Adagio Opera

Room had a terrible smell of food, they don’t allow you to change the temperature of the room, nobody to help you with the luggage and they don’t clean your room. It is a total rip off to what they offer.

Good spot but very hot rooms in November

    rating08 Nov 2025

Would I stay here again? Probably.Great location, good rooms, everything you need. They have a store in the lobby selling wine etc. beds super comfortable. Lots of cafes, bars etc and supermarkets close by. The only negative is the heating, the room was so hot with dead air. No option to turn it off. Windows didn’t fully open but it was the only way I could sleep. November this can be expected in Europe though. Don’t miss Le Square restaurant and bar around the corner. Perfect quiet spot outside for a gGlass of champange.

    Disaster

    rating17 Sept 2025

When you do booking they give you based on the availability not the option and payment select and I paid for early check in and they said also based on availability regardless of your payment and it is not refunded it is one star hotel not 4 star. My selection was based on paris city view to enjoy the seen as I wished, but what i got is view of small garden inside the hotel which is view for all the room windows. In addition the staff are trainee not professional with casual clothes and no luggage services . Above of all this the room or the bathroom don’t have the amenities: shampoo, toothbrush, slipper, water for the coffee machine and safety box
