    DON’T STAY HERE!

    rating30 Oct 2025

THIS IS A FIRE TRAP! The fire alarm went off at 6 am - there was no power and no emergency lighting. The spiral stairs dumped us in the lobby - if the lobby had been on fire or smoky, we would likely have died. No one at the desk, no information, no firefighters, nothing. The elevators started working and we went back to 8th floor room (still no power) and showered and dressed by cell phone lights. After we returned from our tour, we packed and left. The desk clerk was blaming someone smoking in their room! I filed with travel insurance but am still waiting for a response. The room was nice, but the location is not convenient. The entry is so hard to find, the Uber driver kept coming back to help us look for it - there was NO signage. We had been counting on washing clothes but the dryer wasn’t working - I suspect someone may have used it anyway and triggered the electrical problems.

Mixed feelings, but the price is right!

The property is a bit tired and needs some TLC! It is, however, spotless and the apartments come fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher and, in the 4 bed flats, enough glasses, cups, cutlery and plates for 8!The bathroom comes without a bidet and the bath tub was a bit iffy. The loo is in a separate room, without a sink! The location is just south of the Periferique, an easy walk to the Porte de Versailles and access to the metro and bus system. The local area is, however, a bit poor in shops and, on Sunday, most everything was closed. We were faced, however, with very hot weather and the flat does not have any A/C, just a fan... Had the weather been cooler, it would have been ok, but in the midst of a heat wave, it was difficult to stay in the flat and sleeping was not comfortable.Given the very high costs of Rooms in Paris, this property is very affordable and, excluding the issues with the heat, would be a reasonable option for families looking for a reasonably cheap option.

Find somewhere else if you want any comfort

    rating29 Sept 2024

Arriving with 2 adults and 1 child - we had one large suitcase and one carry on size. There was not enough space to lay these open and still have room to walk around. We ended up using the desk and bedside table. The sofa bed has a trundle bed under it so if there were 4 people and you pulled this out there is zero room. The kitchen is basic - no toaster just by the way. The toilet is like and I quote from my husband -“I’m in a closet”. The bathroom is small and pokey and moderately awkward to get into the shower after climbing over the side of the bath. The beds are not that comforatble and the pillows are a half size. When I went to enquire with the front desk to see if there was any other room configuration I had a friend who was also staying a few levels below to translate as English was bare minimum. The conversation ended up quite hostile and to be frank if I didn’t have my husband with me I would not have felt safe. It was next level aggression for a simple question. The rooms are not air conditioned and not all the windows open so it was very humid and hot in the room making it very uncomfortable. The noise from the adjacent building could be heard with the windows closed also so it is a very noisy area and lots of people yelling and partying across the way. We were supposed to be there for 5 nights - it was that uncomfortable and unpleasant we checked out the next morning and found somewhere else. I spoke to 3 staff members about it prior to checking out and was assured a big manager would contact me - a week and a half later and 2 emails to them still no one has contacted me to discuss. I would not recommend this hotel or hotel brand to anyone. I will never use the adagio sub-brand again anywhere. Do yourself a favour add an extra 50euros and find something closer to the centre and more comfortable and safer.

    Definitely budget!

Arrived early - greeted and allowed to checkin early. Thanks. Accommodation basic but did us for 1 night.Beware the car park - grounded the car on one of the ramps - the appearance of the ramp suggests this is common!Room - the tap in the bathroom sink points (and jets) over the lip of the sink and if unaware leaves you with a terrible wet patch. The shower lacked a shower head.Overall - ok for a night.

    Disappointing

    rating21 May 2024

The hotel is rundown with low service level, no roomservice unless you pay extra. No airconditioning, parking 25 euro/night not free as advertised on several platforms. Breakfast okay but room too small for the number of guests. Not what we expected from experience at other adagio aparthotels, as a whole low value for money even for Paris.
