    Fantastic hotel, clean rooms, great location, friendly staff, hotel was located only a 10min walk to Disney very flat safe walk, amazing bakery over the road, shopping centre 5min walk the other way. Buses very easy into Disney and free from the hotel and back, clean rooms with shower gel, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and tea towel. Hotel staff very helpful and even helped me order a takeaway. Pool was not open yet but looked a good size. Would stay again.

    Apartment let down what is otherwise a lovely area to stay

    We stayed in this apartment for our Disneyland trip in March 2026. We are a family of 4, 2 children aged 12 and 13. Positives: excellent location for Disneyland, free shuttle across the road from the hotel, Disney is 5 minutes on the bus. Lovely area, huge shopping centre 2 minute walk, lovely bakery on the corner of the street. Complex itself was lovely, small funky reception area, lovely outside area with large pool, pool not currently open but can imagine how lovely it would be out there in summer.Cons: while the building itself and surrounding area is just lovely, unfortunately the apartment itself let it all down. Apartment was old, dingy and in need of serious tlc. Grubby carpet in particular. The beds were comfy and we spent very little time there so it didn’t bother us too much but it would prevent me from visiting again. Also no cleaning service, you can request fresh towels etc from reception if needed but no bins emptied in the 5 days we were there

    1 night stay in March Excellent experience Very large and spacious apartment with kitchen facilities (I did not require this on this visit but very handy to know for future) Very short walk to Disneyland parks - approx 11-15min (brings you by world of disney shop) Does have a bus but times didn’t suit my needs but that’s fine as the walk was pleasant a approx only .5mile Great alternative to Disney hotels - made my trip much more affordable Will definitely use again!

    We've only stayed there because it was cheap. I wasn't expecting anything fancy for the price we've paid but Clean as we went with small children.Our one bed apartment was very outdated and absolutely filthyBed and sofa bed very uncomfortable. Toilet smelled of urine, shower was mouldy and just old..Fully equipped kitchenette, carpets need to be washed. Sofa bed cushions covered in mold and who knows what else. I do not recommend it to anyone to be honest. Only positive is.....It's 10 mins walk away from Disneyland.

    I couldn't fault this hotel and highly recommend.Location - perfect for those planning a Disneyland Paris trip. Regular free shuttle bus to and from DLP. The bus pick up and drop off is across the road, very handy! Also approx 3 mins walk to multiple restaurants and huge shopping center.Atmosphere- Hotel reception is warm, inviting & clean. Staff were polite and friendly. Of the other areas of hotel that we explored, again clean and modern.Rooms - we stayed in one of the apartments on floor 2. It was clean, modern and had everything we needed for our stay. The room wasnt cleaned during the stay - but can be cleaned at your request for additional cost (not sure how much, we didn't need it). I also feel this is standard practice for majority of hotels post covid, so no suprises. Noise - this was a quiet hotel, considering it was busy, never heard anything when inside apartment room.Breakfast - continental with a variety of options and the dining area was clean, bright and modern. The staff ensured food was regularly replenished (we had breakfast on all 3 days at various times each morning and there was always plenty of food)I was hestitant after reading reviews posted the week prior to arriving. Reviews were mixed but I'll be honest, we had no issues during our stay. It was a lovely hotel! We'd definitely would return and have already recommended the hotel to family and friends.
