  Poorly maintained/ rude staff

  We stayed there twice in March. Both times, the rooms were in poor condition with a torn chair and a clogged shower. These problems were certainly known to the management but they still went ahead and gave us those rooms which is a reflection of a poor customer care.In addition we had to deal with rude and untrained staff. The night staff person was particularly rude and agressive. This gentleman should not be allowed to interact with customers whatsoever.   I really like staying at the Surenses aparthotel because it is in a charming small suburb outside of Paris; you have a studio apartment, with a microwave and fridge. In the summer, it is one of the few places in Paris with A/C that works. it is walking distance to T2 which takes you to La Defense in 2 stops and then m1 takes you to center of Paris in ~45 minutes, so still convenient to Paris. I have stayed at this aparthotel 4 times and will keep coming back here. My recent stay, there were some maintenance issues which management addressed. I appreciate management's openness to suggestions. Thank you for responding, management. I will keep coming back.   This aparthotel is an excellent choice if you want to visit París. It's conveniently placed 5 minutes by tram from La Defense, and is in a lovely quiet leafy area near the Seine. The staff is very friendly, and the apartments are really well equipped and clean. The quality of the mattresses are really excellent, including the one on the sofa bed. Highly recommended.
