    I felt unsafe — night manager entered my locked room without permission

    This was one of the most disturbing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Despite locking my room from the inside, the night manager entered without knocking or announcing himself. When I confronted him, he shockingly said, “I can enter whenever I want. There’s no law against it.”I was terrified and ended up pushing the desk against the door for the rest of the night just to feel somewhat secure. I tried to cancel the remainder of my stay, but the hotel refused to refund me, despite the clear violation of my privacy and safety.If you care about feeling safe and respected, I strongly advise against staying here.

    Do not stay here. Booked this hotel in conjunction with tour. Hotel is vey crowded with multiple tour groups/river cruises. Disorganized. Lost my luggage and then found them. Breakfast was nothing special, and due to number of people ran out of items and on my last day looonnng line to get in. Very busy, disorganized place. Do yourself a favor, stay in quaint b and b!

    This family-run hotel met all my needs during a recent stay. The location, staff, room, and breakfast were all high quality, and good value for the money. The room I had was smallish, but not overly so for Europe. Tip: I stayed in a double room, which was only a few Euros more than a single. The A/C worked well, as well as the internet. Amine, in particular, was quite knowledgeable and helpful, and patient with my questions. A highlight of my Paris trip and I would definitely stay again.

    quick check in, very clean small room , comfortable bed , ok for short stay with hand luggages, bathroom is really good for the room size. Ok breakfast but bad coffee , breakfast room is too small. Tube station is 100 meters away , safe neighbourhood. Perfect choice for a short stay if you get a good rate.

    Not too far from Gare de Montparnasse and very close to Pernety metro station.Very comfortable bed and not much street noise. Nicely decorated room.The staff on duty was really helpful.The room is quite small and you have to sit sideways on the toilet! If you're a big person, you'll probably struggle in this room.The walls are very thin so I could hear the people speak late into the night next door.
