    The Best Apartment in Paris!!!

    I loved my stay in Appart City! The front desk staff was amazing. My favorite people that I will never forget are Sara and Joannick. They were always willing to go above and beyond for any and everything I needed. I can’t wait to come back and stay with my front desk staff family again in the near future. PS: A personal message to the management staff, please encourage your front desk staff to always be nice, friendly, and personal with all of the guests. Let them have fun as this is what made my experience the greatest thing ever!

    Good enough hotel, nice reception staff. Guests are no longer allowed to use the garden or terrace area though, a big problem if you smoke or want to socialise outdoors. We now have to use the bus shelter over the road to smoke if it is raining.

    A stay for a business trip. A very pleasant team at the restaurant. Room was very quiet despite the Bourget airport and the road in the front of the hotel and very well equipped with a little kitchen (not used). The cooking is good with a good choice of dishes. Certainly come again for my next business trip to le Bourget.

    Stayed at the hotel for the possession event at the Bourget. Excellent stay, lovely staff and good facilities. The room was equipped with a kitchen (coffee machine) which was very useful. This hotel is next to the airport and the area is full of markets and restaurants. Definitely recommend staying here and will probably come back next time. Also they make their own honey which is delicious :) Parking available.

    We really enjoyed the location of this hotel, it was 15 minutes from CDG and 30-40 minutes from downtown Paris by car. The area around the hotel is immensely walkable with a grocery store, bakery, restaurants, and cafes within a 5-10 minute walking distance. I really enjoyed the nearby Shawarma place, and the Cafe du Nord in particular.The staff were helpful and most were able to converse fluently in English.We were grateful to find a room that could house 4 people and the kitchenette was super convenient.My main concern with this hotel is in the state of the bathrooms and room maintenance in general. Some family members of ours were in another room that flooded every time someone took a shower, and our room also had evidence of mildew/water damage in the bathroom area, the shower door did not seal/close correctly. The door to the kitchenette would not open fully and scraped against the floor.The bedding was mediocre to poor, I expected the sofa bed to be uncomfortable, but the main bed was not much better. Pillows were not comfortable.Overall my review may sound critical and negative, but I would stay here again if the price differential (almost 2X for a nicer hotel) was the same due to the convenience and enjoyment of exploring the area on foot.
