    Cherine was kind and helpful. Room spacious, great welcome with petals, chocolate, fruit basket and water. Coffee and tea free also.

    Very friendly staff.Mrs. Fetta takes care of you at breakfast.Room was spacieuse and comfortabel.Location at 5 minuten walk of a metro station.Excellent for a multi day visit to Paris.

    Came here on a business trip paid by my company who also chose this accommodation and was very satisfied.Everything was to my liking from the size of the room, the comfort of the bed, the ergonomics and amenities in the room, the cleanliness, the excelent breakfast and the staff I interacted with. Plus the location, just minutes away from the Meyro station. No complaints and hope to stay here again.

    This place was recommended to us by a friend who had stayed there for only a couple of days back in August 2024. It was a fabulous recommendation. It is a small place, which (in my humble opinion) makes it better.At our arrival Delphine was in charge of our check-in. She was fast and friendly and explained to us the difference between this place and a ‘regular’ hotel. Since it was a little before check-in time when we arrived, it was a pleasant surprise to learn that our room was ready. But honestly, we would have been happy to just leave our suitcases at the reception.Another great surprise was when we entered the room. Everything was very clean. The fact that the floor is not carpet, makes it much better. The shower is small, and the toilet is in a separate little room, which was great since we are a family of three. The room is stated to house up to four guests. It had 4 separate closets. This was another pleasant surprise.The kitchenet is equipped with microwave oven, refrigerator, some pots, pans, bowls dishes, glasses, cutlery, a pod coffee maker, an electric teapot, etc. Breakfast was really good. Yes, it was the same every day, but honestly, even 5-star all-inclusive hotels have the same every day, the fact that people do not notice that is because those are huge resorts, and the breakfast buffet rooms are enormous. Milad was great. He was (most of the days we stayed) in charge of the food and the control of what rooms had had their breakfast. The pain au chocolate and mini waffles were our favorites. Delphine, Milad, Lisette, and the rest of the crew, were great alsoAnother plus is that there are at least 3 places (supermarkets) where one can buy food. Two literally steps from the Appart’City Paris Clichy-Marie’s front door. The third about two blocks away. There is also a subway station very close. A 2-3 min walk.

    We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we had a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was clean although unfortunately not serviced on one of the days requested, the card was hung up on our door. We also had to ask for shower gel and toilet rolls to be replaced. Great location although near the metro. Asked reception about a few things and didn't really help! The luggage room was really useful. I also emailed the hotel prior to stay and eventually had to phone them as there was no response. Overall we did enjoy our stay, we would stay again due to location but do feel improvements could be made.
