Location

This hotel is located nearby the Cité des Sciences, and both Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord train stations. It is right by the metro station Ourcq. It lies 1 km from Buttes Chaumont, 2 km from Sacré-Cœur 3 km from the city centre and 4 km from the Eiffel Tower. Roissy - Charles de Gaulle Airport is 30 km away and it is 40 km to Paris - Orly Airport.

84 studios are available to guests in an 8-storey main building and a 5-storey auxiliary building. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     Comfort, great staff and Eiffel Tower view

    Really enjoyed my stay in Paris! The hotel has a great location. The hotel is super comfortable, the staff very attentive, and the view of the Eiffel Tower made everything even more special. An amazing experience I’d love to repeat.

    Pretty terrible hotel. Very basic, which is ok. However, conditions are pretty terrible. Lot's of moisture damage / rot in the bathroom. Loose fixtures. Very cheap materials. Sort of clean .. more or less. Dark and uninviting. Bed area small but ok. Tiny tiny bed though. Breakfast simple but ok .. I would definitely definitely not go back. I think there are much better and nicer and cleaner and more inviting alternatives nearby (ex Holiday Inn). It is cheap, yes, but not as cheap as it should be given the extremely low quality.

    The hotel common areas are relatively modern, nicely and youngish appointed . Breakfast is nice , staff at reception - friendly and welcoming. Rooms are on the smaller side and old, and could be differently arranged thus be more spacious. A tiny uncomfortable shower and no hand soap at the sink.(upon asking - the young friendly guy at the reception gave me a used liquid soap container, apologizing ) . Our room at the second floor(building B) had a nice terrace, but no light so we could not use it at night. The corridor at building B was dark (even at day time) and in order to turn on the light you have to find the switch on the wall (no auto-sensory lights). Check-out is at 11:00 but they will gladly hold your belongings for a few more hours.Location can be OK : Metro - only a few steps away. The very near neighborhood looks grim at night, but there are a lot of restaurants and small supermarkets in the area . La Villette park , the calm canal , and the amazing Paris Symphony House are only a couple of hundreds meters away.We managed to stay here for four nights. And I know there were guests staying for a longer period.

    The rooms are a real lottery. We had 3 rooms, one of which was very nice and fragrant, and the other two had a very unpleasant smell, one smelled of cigars, I believe that the previous guests smoked on the window, but the smoke was absorbed into room, and the third one had a strong smell / stench of houses. We didn't manage to air out the room even though we kept the window open every day and used half a bottle of expensive perfume. Simply, the cleanliness of the hotel must be raised to a slightly higher level.

    Calm place but everything is really dirty, dust everywhere, spider webs on the walls, died bees in the lamp, no utilities to wash the dishes and no cleaning service at all!!! In 7 days no one came to change the bed sheets or even to take the rubbish out. Nevertheless, people from the place are nice.
