  Reasonably priced and comfortable stay in a less busy part of Paris

  We were a family of five who stayed at the Appartements Paris Boulogne in early June of 2023. The apartment we shared had two modern bathrooms which were very clean and had excellent water pressure. The two bedrooms were adequately sized with good beds (queen sized). The kitchen was well equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, and needed cups, plates, and assorted silverware. The location for us as tourists in this part of the city was excellent with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries, and perhaps most importantly, the metro. The many different restaurants in the neighborhood made it easy to enjoy a good meal each evening after a busy day. We also appreciated the fine bakery and grocery store which was conveniently located near the metro stop. Another feature we loved after several days of traveling and many dirty clothes... were the washing machines and dryers on the ground floor...which were free! And perhaps most importantly, the staff at the hotel were friendly and efficient and spoke good English. In particular, the general manager (Valentin) was exceedingly helpful in resolving a problem we had with our booking company. As a consequence of all these factors, we greatly enjoyed our stay at the Appartements . We would highly recommend this hotel to others who seek a reasonably priced and comfortable stay in a less busy part of Paris.

  Beware, HUGE BED BUGS!!!

  On the first night of our stay my husband noticed a rash on his hand, but we thought it could be a mosquito. On the second night he got a rash on his FACE!!! And then we finally noticed several bed bugs in our bed!!! We left the hotel immediately in the middle of the night, and because there was no staff at night, we left them a written note and a message on Booking that we left in a hurry and demand a refund. This was in February.As of today, May 12, I have sent dozens of emails both to the property and to Booking, and haven't received a refund. Absolutely terrible experience, avoid this hotel at all costs!!!

  Wonderful peaceful region.Clean and quiet and safe stay.Not a really breakfast but the receptionists were ready to provide us more.There is not safe case .Our appartment for six was excellent for out group of five .A little bit expensive but we will defenitely be back...

  The location is just perfect.Close to Metro stations and supermarkets.A quite beautiful neighbourhood.The gentleman who checked us in was very polite and helpful to anything we've asked.The room was small for 4 persons but clean.The price included breakfast which was just some croissants, orange and apple juice and coffee.Although it was nice it can't be considered as breakfast.

  A wonderful little apartment. Central. Very clean and cosy with fancy, modern amenities. Super comfortable bed. Small, well stocked kitchenette. Breakfast included in our fee. Very helpful staff. High recommend. Would return.
