  We did not enjoy our stay at this Aparthotel. The location really isn’t the most convenient as the nearest Metro is about 15 minutes walk away and you have to get a few different lines to get to the main attractions. The rooms are basic and do not have air con which we struggled with in 23 degree heat in April, I can only imagine it’s awful in summer. Our room was not very clean and the bed was very uncomfortable. During our stay my friend became unwell which meant we needed to have our sheets and towels changed. They do not do this for short stays and charge €20 for a room clean which was not a problem as we had no choice but to get it done. When we asked for a room clean the receptionist argued with us, told us we didn’t need it, then went to get the housekeeper who shouted and argued with us in French. If they are so reluctant to clean they shouldn’t offer the service! I found the staff in general to be rude and very unfriendly and I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone.   Liked · The room was clean enough and location was ideal for the train station/bus stopsDisliked · Two words...broken toilet. Broken for 1.5 days of a 3 night stay. The flush was broken when I checked in (3pm). How this was not picked up by the cleaning team, I have no idea. I tried to explain to the receptionist and she advised that the apartments are full for the weekend and maintenance staff would not be able to visit. Was advised to use the reception toilet in the meantime, even in the middle of the night in my pyjamas. After speaking to 3 different members of staff at 3 different times of the next day, all of which did not communicate with each shift end that there was a problem, this was then fixed by a different reception staff member using a kitchen knife to correct the silver flush connection inside.No compensation offered and even wrote via email as per the staff suggestion with no response. I've basically paid out for a single room with facilities working for 1.5 days.The apart-hotel looks to mainly be for students studying for a longer term. This is not really for holidaymakers but if for business this works well.Avoid booking here at all costs! They are not helpful in the slightest

  I didn't come for personal reasons I wanted to move it for 2 days but I have never encountered such poor service it is completely impossible to get them to talk I couldn't move they said even if there was availability when they replied after about 100 messages then I wanted to cancel I had to send about 100 messages again before they let me cancel now they won't send me my money back!   Disastrous experience and complete lack of accountability from the hotel

  READ CAREFULLY THE TEXT BELOWSTAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL (especially if you're traveling by car)!!!We arrived on the evening of May 28th around 10 PM and were welcomed by a man who, as he told us, does not work for the hotel but was hired via an agency to cover the night shift. He was completely unprepared and unable to provide basic information such as the Wi-Fi password, the correct city tax amount, or clear instructions on how to access the hotel parking.He handed us a remote and vaguely said the garage was "to the left of the hotel exit" with a "white door", without showing us the exact location. In the area indicated, there were at least three different white-door garages, none marked as hotel property. After several attempts, one garage door opened with the remote, so we parked there—there were no signs warning otherwise.We left the car parked until May 31st. That morning, the receptionist told us to reach the parking through the hotel elevator (which was clearly a different location from where we had left the car). After pointing this out, she gave us the remote again. When we returned to the original spot, we found our car had been vandalized: one tire was slashed, and the windshield broken in three places. No theft—this was clearly intentional damage.Back at the reception, we were told that this garage was not actually part of the hotel, but that it can be opened with their remote due to a technical issue they were already aware of. Apparently, this has been a recurring problem, and they simply "thought it had been resolved." No signage, no prior warning, and no accountability.We asked for help, but the receptionist only suggested we go to the police. After pressing, she contacted the hotel manager—who was out of town and refused to come or assist. Her "solution"? Claim the damage through our own insurance. Absolutely unacceptable.The following Monday, I had to call the manager myself. She was arrogant, rude, and clearly unwilling to take any responsibility. Her response? “It’s not our garage,” and “You should have come the next day to verify where you parked.” Seriously? After being handed a remote and vague instructions, it’s the guest’s job to verify the hotel gave the right parking?In short: my car was damaged (~€1000 in repair costs) due to a long-standing, unresolved issue between the hotel and neighboring property. The staff was untrained, the manager absent and unprofessional, and not a single person took responsibility. On the day of the incident, we had to handle everything ourselves—no help was offered whatsoever.This was a shameful episode, handled in the worst way.
