  Good stay but issues with invoice!

  Good place and very acceptable room set-up. I spent this time only 1 night.But this time I was facing big issue with invoice process as seems there are changes and now is electronically couple of days later. Delays, not accurate, split in 2 parts and most important is not taking my request for company results. Now, my expense report is delaying because of this issue and still not resolved.

  This a basic and functional hotel in a convenient location next to transport. Price is OK for the area. A big issue is no air conditioning, meaning it gets very stuffy in there, actually hotter than outside, you then have to open the window meaning lots of noise from the street and train station. This is a student residence, therefore pretty charmless in appearance and layout, but ok for short stay.

  Rude morning receptionist

  Very rude receptionist, upon check out I wanted to ask for a paper invoice to provide to my boss that day for our expense reimbursement policy. This is a completely normal exercise for any other hotel chain I've used in the Rueil-Malmaison area. I've never had an issue to get a paper invoice and I could see that the office had a giant printer. The woman working that morning was very annoyed I even asked and she made a face because I motioned for her to come out of the office because I had a question. There was no one else around at first so it's not as though I was interrupting another guest. She was extremely rude to myself and eventually another guest who appeared after me, also asking for the same simple request for a printed invoice. Technically this should be provided at the point of sale when my card was charged the night before. I have never been spoken to in that manner by a hotel staff member, especially for something that any other hotel provides without question. I will tell my colleagues to avoid this hotel if this is the service they will face. I would like to be contacted to address this situation as the woman at the desk that morning was rude to both of us without cause and I am sure she is damaging your hotel's reputation towards clients, especially business clients since we need the receipts for our company reimbursement.   Student housing that is also rented out as hotel rooms

  This "hotel" is actually medium term student housing, that is also renting out unused rooms as hotel rooms. In itself this is not an issue. However, e.g. hallways look rather dismal and there is no cleaning/service in the room. Rooms have no proper ventilation (and are quite muffy), and opening windows means letting in a lot of sound from bus/train/metro station (and mosquitos). Worst was that returning one evening, the door to the room was open. Fortunately, nothing was removed; however this clearly does not bode well for safety; therefore I have cancelled further bookings.   Not so clean. Stuff busy with cell phone and do not care of customers. Internet code not provided in the room. Bad experience for these money. Shower not working properly.
