    I stayed here for 3 nights and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.When I booked through Agoda, the website clearly stated that daily housekeeping was included. However, once I arrived, I was told housekeeping was not provided unless I paid extra. Even clean towels required an additional charge. This was never mentioned during booking and felt very misleading.I was also informed that breakfast ended at 11:00 AM. Later I found out that 11:00 AM only applies on weekends — something that was not clearly explained. This caused confusion and inconvenience during my stay.What made the situation worse was the extremely rude and unhelpful attitude from the staff when I asked for clarification. Instead of helping, they were dismissive and unfriendly.Transparency and customer service are basic expectations in hospitality. Unfortunately, this hotel failed in both areas.     Nice, clean room. Large shower. Well equipped kitchen. Located in an area with nice restaurants, and central Paris easily accessible via the nearest RER and metro stations. Nothing was lacking, apart from maybe air conditioning but portable fans can be asked for at reception.
