    The room stated city view, it was a view of the building across the narrow street. The shower needed a good scrubbing, the coffee maker needed a new filter and clean. The instant coffee, tea and sugar sachets looked like they were left over ones left behind you other travellers

    My best friend and I booked this hotel for my first trip to Paris and the hotel was spectacular. The front desk was accommodating and gave us a warm welcome. They would welcome you when you leave and every morning. The staff was willing to help and understand even though I couldn’t speak french fluently. I had one issue and the staff graciously took my concern into consideration. The hospitality was top notch. It felt like a home away from home.We upgraded to a larger room since our previous hotel was smaller and had no air conditioning. The air conditioning was perfection since of the heat wave we encountered. The bathroom was spacious and easy to maneuver. The water pressure and toilets worked effectively. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. The cleanliness in the lobby and hotel as a whole was exceptional.

    What a lovely hotel . Close proximity to Gard du Nord - brilliant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean - cotton bedding, is there anything better? Shower was excellent . The breakfast is well worth the money . The lady who serves breakfast was delightful. Would highly recommend.

    The hotel is in a fantastic location, situated between Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est, making it incredibly convenient for travel around Paris. The room was clean and well-maintained, though it felt a bit compact—but still sufficient for a three-night stay. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the bath was a good size. However, the sink drained quite slowly, which was inconvenient, especially if housekeeping hadn’t serviced the room. Despite this minor issue, it was an overall pleasant stay with easy access to transport for exploring the city!

    I thought this hotel was great value for money, we really enjoyed our stay. It may not be the loveliest area of Paris but it is incredibly convenient due to being so close to the station if you are travelling via the Eurostar. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend!
