    Great disappointment

    The hotel cancelled my booking with free cancellation, telling that my card is invalid. The hotel did not respond to my letters with the request to fix the problem or provide explanations. However, the card is definitely valid. It was successfully used many before for book the hotels for other trips without any complaints.Would not recommend this hotel due to their attitude to the clients.

    My fiancé and I had a wonderful time in Paris thanks to Crystal hotel. It is cozy, the crew is VERY kind, we felt at home. It is away from city center which ensures a calm night of sleep while within a walking distance of a metro station.
