    Noise in room

    Whilst the room itself was comfortable and there was a balcony, 'the only room with one', as the manager said, there was an annoyingly loud and frequent noise from what sounded like a generator. It occurred almost every 15 to 20 minutes and lasted for about three to four minutes before it stopped. It disturbed my sleep throughout the night.

    I had a great stay with my family. The hotel is very clean and well organized.Esperanza was very attentive and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help. She made us feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the stay.The room was perfect for traveling with a child.     The hotel is located near the arc de triomphe , near 2 supermarkets monoprix and franprix. Also near by macdonalds and other food outlets. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They only give u water on the first day but they offer coffee all day and some bakery at the reception .     My husband and I have stayed at l'Hôtel Arc de Triomphe more than a dozen times over the past 10 or so years—sometimes just the two of us, sometimes with a grandchild or other family member—and are now devoted repeat customers.It hits the sweet spot for us in terms of amenities, price, location, and atmosphere.
