  Avoid Hotel Arcadie Montparnasse Paris

  We have the shock of our life! Big dissatisfaction regarding the misleading about “luggage storage”For us who had travel at least 50 different countries and multiple times in Paris, this was the very first time that a hotel listing luggage storage & will not keep our luggages in between our trips! Usually we are staying at Vacances Bleues but unfortunately they don’t have a room available for our dates, we are staying 3 nights, go to Lourdes couple days & back there for another 2 nights.So for all who are planning to leave their luggages between your trips, be aware “luggage storage” means they kept your luggages if you arrive earlier than check-in time & if you are checking out before the time you leave - for example you arrive at 10 am so you can leave your luggages there until 3 pm same as you can leave them there after 3 pm until when you are ready to leave at 4 pm! Because the lady said they don’t have space so why listing “luggage storage” under the amenities of their hotel? This was a horrific situation to us to find out that our luggages will have to travel with us, will carry a medium luggage for couple days visiting other place? Even Ibis budget will keep your stuff in between your trips!Also better suggest them to have a measurement tape as well as a scale handy for clients in case they need to make sure they don’t have over weight or size according to airline’s rulesOnly a positive point is WiFi is fast & their location! But they are not the only hotel there, a few step there they have Tim Hotel whom even have a better price - and they keep our luggage’s because we did ask for our next trip in November 2026Another shock: most of the staff are quite nice but the lady was rude to our taxi driver when he came in after dropping us to ask if he can use the bathroom - not a total stranger from the street - right in front of us she just said NO! To us she was polite & did regulate our room to be warmer for us though so at least she does care about customersBut to make a long story short we will not come back to this hotel nor referring them to our family/friends who - like us love Paris- and usually will visit Paris at least once a year.

  Our room was a family room on the top floor. It eas very dissapointing afte reD REVIEWS ONLINE. The walls were dirty with humidity and mold in the bathroom. We asked if we coukd cancel the following nights because health and safety with the mold and they said we can not. the room and bathroom were dusty, like f that room wasn't taken care of.

  Stayed one night at Arcadie to be close to Montparnesse. Hotel is in a great location for the train station and the RER from CDG so finding it was very easy. There are also a ton of local restaurants nearby which was nice too after a long day of travel.The room I stayed in was at the back of the hotel, which had a nice view overlooking the street. Yes there is street noise so have that white noise app ready.My room itself was snug, as one can expect in Paris and Europe. For two people and luggage, I think that would be REALLY tight. The bed takes up most of the room and there isn’t great storage for luggage or just loose items. Bed was very comfortable though which was nice.The bathroom looks like it was recently redone and it is very nice. There isn’t much space to put items though because the sink is so large, which was a bit disappointing given lack of space in other areas. There aren’t enough hooks for towels either.Wifi worked well in the hotel and I had no issues accessing or having good connection speed from the room.Overall, I would stay again if I needed to be near the train station. For one night, it was a good option.

  The hotel was very clean, had everything I needed.The bathroom was comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect too. Right next to the metro station, close to everything(restaurants, the train station, etc). I'm sure that I'll come back next time again!

  Location, location, location. The washroom is remodeled. The metro is just steps from the door.Some of the staff were very rude, including the Asian lady who didn’t even look up when letting guests in, and the older man who kept pestering us about breakfast (even though I had already indicated our preferences on the check-in form). When we turned him down twice, he said we were just there to "sleep." The housekeeping was disgusting. We found a dirty toilet paper roll and long hair on the towels—twice. It didn't even have a toilet paper roll holder. The room had no bedside sockets, which I’ve never encountered before. The so-called "smart TV" wasn’t smart enough to let me access Netflix, as it couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi.
