Location

This hotel enjoys a favourable location, on a quiet street in the heart of the lively La Motte Picquet district and just across from the famous Village Suisse antique market. Guests will find restaurants, bars, shops and links to the public transport network just 100 m away in Ave Motte Piquet. It lies just a few minutes' walk from the Eiffel Tower and the Champ de Mars, and the area is well-served by 3 metro lines, giving guests great access to all parts of the city. Les Invalides is 500 m away and it is 3 km to the Champs Elysees. Orly Airport is 20 km away and it is 30 km to Charles de Gaulle Airport.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1902. The hotel has 2 junior suites, suites, apartments, studios, single rooms and 38 double rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day.     Amazing hotel. A family of 4 with a 11 and 14 year old. The location is perfect, close to a large metro station and close to lovely restaurants/cafes. It felt safe here. The hotel was very quiet and the staff were extremely friendly. Our room was gorgeous and we even saw the top of the Eiffel Tower from our lovely balcony. Very clean hotel with gorgeous decor.     My husband and I have stayed at the Hotel Ares Eiffel twice (October 2014 and May 2026), and we very much enjoyed our stay both times. The location is prime; and the hotel (both lobby and rooms) are gorgeous and sparkling clean! The front office staff is always so accommodating and kind. The price is comparable for the area; and housekeeping visits daily to freshen up. The only thing I would suggest are felt pads for the bottoms of the wooden chair in the room… it creates quite a noise when moved.     Loved everything about this hotel, the employees were all so nice. The location was a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and you could see it in 5 minutes. There were boulangeries (try Merci Jerome), cafes, grocery stores, etc. all nearby.     Ares Eiffel is a charming hotel with extremely friendly staff. It is a petite space so if you need to sprawl out in your room, this boutique hotel is not for you. The hotel offers a nice breakfast again with warm staff. They also offer tea service in the afternoon.
