    Nice clean hotel, efficient staff, but noisy

    The hotel and rooms were very clean. The check-in and check-out were efficient. The room is a reasonable size, not too small, and a nice-sized bathroom too. The location is good in some ways, but it may not be suitable for all. First, the good stuff. The area around the hotel is very lively with a large Monoprix just a few meters away, the La Motte-Picquet – Grenelle metro station, which connects to lines 6, 8 & 10 is just across the road, and there are many excellent restaurants and boulangeries close by. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the room is another major highlight of this hotel. On the other hand, the location being lively also translates to street noise of vehicles or the metro passing by, or people speaking loudly on the street carrying into the rooms. Other than the noise, I will be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting beautiful Paris.

    As we were cheated from booking.com for apartment, so at night around 2 am we reached to this place and asked for help as I was with family and was in hard time to find the place to stay in the unknown city.I asked the staff they were really kind and helpfull as well. They gave us 2 room to stay and did said if you want you can stay for as many days as you want.The receptionist name Abdullaha was very nice as well and helped us to visit the famous places.

    We picked this hotel because of its location. It did not disappoint. The Eiffel Tower is a short 12-minute walk. Port Alexander and many other attractions are within walking distance (30-45 minutes) if you don't mind walking. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops, and mini marts just right outside the hotel. The biggest plus was the Metro station just right across from it! I didn't realize how far the Eiffel Tower area was from all the other popular attractions like the Louvre, Arc de Triomphe, Notre Dame, Montmartre, etc. So it was so convenient to be next to the Metro station. The area also felt safe. Obviously, you still have to be cautious and make sure you watch your belongings, just like anywhere you visit. The staff was also friendly and easy to talk to. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

    Poor Service and Lack of Follow-Up Ruined Our Stay

    My boyfriend and I were excited for a relaxing stay at Art Hotel Eiffel from October 9th to 15th, but our experience fell short.On our third day, the lock on our room broke. Although the staff quickly offered a new room, we received no assistance in moving our belongings, which disrupted our evening plans. To make matters worse, the key for the new room didn’t work so well either. We were also disturbed each morning by a loud alarm from a neighboring room/door between 5 AM and 7 AM, severely impacting our sleep. When we raised these issues, the staff took no notes, and we had to explain everything again to the manager upon checkout. We were told to email, but after two weeks, we have still not received a response.Despite eventually receiving a partial refund for the missing Eiffel Tower view in the new room, there was no apology, and we’re disappointed in the lack of follow-up. Having paid extra for an Eiffel Tower view that we couldn’t fully enjoy, we expected better service.

    Wonderful stay!

    Very safe, clean & comfortable hotel. Loved how close It was to the metro, (less than a minute walk), and about 1/2 mile walk to the Eiffel Tower. Staff working front desk were always extremely kind, and the breakfast assortment included each morning was so delicious. We stayed in a room with 3 twin beds, and they were all very comfortable. Shower was spacious and even surprised that there was an elevator which easily fit 3 of us with luggage. Would definitely stay here again!
